I would like to give 0star. The cashier old lady was so rude .

The worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life. I went in and asked if they sell salted dried duck gizzard. The woman at cashier immediately said it's very expensive, implying I wouldn't have that much money to buy it. Then followed by asking me if i am really planning to buy it because it's gonna be lots of work for her to dig the items out from the freezer. I really have no words and just took off without the interests to ask further. This is absolutely unacceptable. Will never spare a penny at this horrible place !

Dr Hilda Tsui is my TCM physician and has been my TCM for more than 10 years.She's spot on with her diagnosis and prescribed herbal medicine.She also provides acupuncture with moxabustion (cupping).

I should have check the reviews before going there. I bought Chinese herbs from the store today. There was one guy and one woman helping. I did check online to make their business hours but apparently they close at 6pm vs 630pm on the web. The guy was incredibly rude and kept saying they are closing. When I said I could come back tomorrow. He just kept on getting my item. When I collected the prescription herbs, I wanted to check for the steps (some items cook first and some will be added 30 mins after, etc) he got angry and said he keeps saying he knows he knows..... BUT it is me that need to understand how to prepare the medicine. TOTALLY bad customer service!!!!

Fast process of seeing a doctor, short wait time, no appointment required. Very straightforward, efficiency is key for helping people.

poor service by cashier. zero star to service, 5 star to the product it carries, so I rate 3 star. Hours of operation is very random, they ever claimed 10-18 on written paper notice, but they are not sticking to it, they are not sticking to any fixed time. I asked them, they do not even want to say what hours they are open. I would suggest you visit at 10:30-17:30 to be certain" that store is open"

I bought Chinese herbs from the store today. The guy was incredibly rude and kept saying he should have charged me more last and this time. There was no price tag on any of the prescription herbs that I got, so I had zero idea about how much I would be charged in the end. The guy said I should pay 8 dollars. 5 mins later, he upped the price to 9 dollars. When I collected the prescription herbs, he got angry and said he should have charged me 10.95 dollars instead!!!

Price was the way expensive, will suggest people go to other stores. I bought Chinese Raw medicine yesterday in the store for $54, and I went to another store in Richmond same stuff and same unit is only $8. Almost 6 times higher than market price, please compare prices before go to this store.

The cashier woman has the absolutely worse attitude. And the prices are ridiculously expensive. And most importantly, the Chinese herbs that they sell are mostly low quality, not sealed, not flash, and some even has mold....Zero star! Never again!
