This is the worst company to get an answer. You get an auto receptionist, then someone says how important my call is then it goes on to tell me to open My account" then tells me every single person in the company is talking to other people so it goes on hold and I have been waiting for 20 minutes

Never responds to my requests via online... wait forever on a phone call to talk to someone. Approaching 30 min on hold, and I finally had a pick up at 34 min on hold. The online request was made on Aug 5th. I asked for an update and they had the information, and it was still unanswered. I feel like the new policy is ignored it until the customer calls in. This is NOT the reason why people choose online services. You are also right my time is valuable START TREATING IT LIKE THAT!

It was all good at first but now that it's time to cancel my policy, they won't answer their phones. I get put on hold forever just to be transferred to a voicemail where my call never gets returned. Also, I am not very happy with their crock of bull excuses for why my rates keep going up, even though my risk factor went down. Stay away from these crooks.

Afternoon everyone.My name is sean and i started seeking insurance for my car about almost month ago. And i was coming across alot of prices that and quotes that were in the same price range, high and treated like a new driver( seeing that i had been driving for over 20 years).I then went online looking for brokers and that is when i came across insurance hunters.I started with there easy online quote and almost right away i received a phone call from one of there helpful brokers Steve Redmon. Steve spent three days trying to sort through all my information and trying over and over again to find a great deal for me.Now this is where things went backwards for me and Steve. he got a good price with a a insure but by the time i excepted the quote and went to the MTO for my sticker the price had completely flipped flopped on me. As to no ones surprise i was shocked and dumped founded. But with no hesitation or problems or interference, Steve redmon broker for insurance hunters. called immediate and put a stop to it all and went above and beyond with the staff here and got that cancelled and got me an even greater quote. Now how great you ask...well lets just say from my girlfriend to my friends to my coworkers and family, there jaws are still on the floor.Thank you insurance hunters, for my price, for my coverage and for making me a believer in you and online brokerage firms.Sean Larocque(not jen)

They never call back, make promises they can't keep. Say whatever to get you off the phone. Apparently they ONLY DEAL WITH 4 INSURANCE COMPANIES!! THEY CAN NOT BE COMPETITIVE LIKE THAT!! KEPT ASKING FOR A NEW COMPANY AND THEY KEPT SAYING I WAS ALL GOOD, HA!! CUT THEIR PAYMENTS IN HALF!!

Update: I finally got through and cancelled my policy but am still getting letters from the insurance company saying I owe them money..the broker has not cancelled my policy yet. Very unprofessional lack of service

pretty nice talking to them but you'll see their true colors once you suspend or cancel insurance. last year I went away for a month and after suspending the insurance, when i came back they said if I want to save money it should be suspended for 45 days. so I ended up paying the suspended month in the following months . when i canceled the insurance early , they say they can't tell for sure if I will get a refund of 180 dollars or pay 300 dollars so they make you gamble your money even if you're not gambler. I ended up getting 180 refund but the realised that when I signed up for insurance they required two months payment. so that means I actually paid a penalty of 420 bucks . but they make themselves pretty saying they give you refund. they think if you paid it upfront that money don't matter anymore as if they're supposed to be given to them. they prey on hard working people who are too busy to or not educated enough to keep track of these things. when asked for explanation they stopped replying my messages. the person I spoke with was Michael Calcutt. beware.

Really happy with the service I have received so far. It was simple to get the quote and have my insurance set up. They were able to provide the best rate which included add ons that other insurance brokers weren't able to provide or didn't offer.

Been on hold for 45 mins, they haven't sent me my pink slips in over a month. I am stuck at home and can't get to work because my temporary slips expired on the weekend. (They're closed weekends)

Great and painless service. Plus they collaborate well electronically for people like me who loathe having to make phone calls for every little thing. I saved nearly $1,000 versus my current provider on a home and auto combined quote.
