I have always gone to Grady’s for my Birkenstocks as well as if I needed work shoes, and recently went to the new location on King St to get my first pair of Blundstones. I got incredible service from Tracy from start to finish. She helped me find the perfect style and colour that I was looking for, and also covered how to properly care for them to handle Canadian weather conditions. Will definitely come back before winter to have my boots in for some restoration!

My wife and I stopped by their new location. It is a beautiful shop; well organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. My wife found the shoe accessories she was looking for at a good price. It is worth the drive to check them out.Today I went back and found a pair of Blundstone boots. Very impressed with the help I received in finding the right pair.

I like going to Grady's because I know they have excellent quality shoes. I appreciate their service, individual assistance to answer questions and their attention to find the right shoe and fit. I would have given them a five star rating but on this occasion we could not find a shoe that fit my needs!

Absolutely incredible service today. After calling and asking a few questions, they suggested I come in and have my feet scanned for proper fit. I wish I had done this year's ago! New orthotics and a pair of proper fitting running shoes, I feel great! I can't thank Tony and his team enough for taking time, explaining everything and ultimately fitting me perfectly. My wife and I will be back.

Helpful, friendly and speedy service!My fiancé has a difficult time finding shoes in-person in his size, we’re usually directed to order online. Grady’s carried so many sizes and options for Blundstones! We were able to find boots for both of us and walk out extremely satisfied customers.

Stopped in to Grady's by chance while in Peterborough on Saturday April 1st. I had been having some foot pain and was looking for a specific item. Tracy was there to assist and the service was A+. Not only did she recommend I have her test my feet using their Aetrex machine, she was able to pinpoint the area of concern. I immediately used the orthotics in my shoes and within an hour or so, my foot pain disappeared. So thankful for her expertise and for showing me a pair of Blundstone boots that actually fit - have been looking for a pair for years. Thanks for the awesome service ... worth the drive from Ajax. Will be back for sure.
