I was never a big fan on bell in general but made the switch a while back and I’m glad I did! The beamsville staff are so friendly and helpful especially jasmine she suggested the perfect plan for me and I LOVE it! Always a great experience at this location!

I came in for a rate plan change Wednesday to change to the unlimited plans. The staff was so friendly and helpful! I was able to change it the same day I went in.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Their services are horrible especially their internet. I had to have them come out 3 times now to fix our internet and it never got any better. It constantly freezes, drops or kicks us off whatever we are doing. When the worker tested the lines we are suppose to get 20 mbps and we only get 1.7 mbps max. I also paid for an upgrade to get more download/upload speeds and they had no problem taking my money, but never upgraded my internet and that was just over 3 months ago. I have called, gone in to no avail. It's ridiculous trying to deal with them over the phone because they are rude and unpleasant and I've worked in customer service before and they have to be the rudest people I've ever dealt with. They don't care about their customers they just care about making a quick buck. SMH I will be switching asap. If I could give negative stars I would.

Unfortunately had to cancel my services as unexpected price increases took place every 6 months. Their loyalty to long standing customers is overlooked quite often.

The Beamsville Bell location was the most easy and nice experience ive had EVER with any cell service provider. I was helped by a younger guy there, I think his name was Jarry or something but he was so helpful and didnt get angry with my questions or anything. Definitely going back there next time i need something. :)

Paid for the 50$ data plan they scammed me I gave them 50 they asked me for another 50 for the data I already paid for so would suggest u cancel anything u have with this company they are known to scam people out of money for services they do not provide is fraud

Had a great experience picking up my brand new iPhone. Jarrod helped me get the plan and accessories that I was looking for! :^)

Called bell tech line, it has a week wait. Our turbo hub wifi unit not working and the battery is swollen so large the bottom broke off. Service person asked me what store i bought it from. Told me to take it in and get a replacement. I called the store to let them know i was coming and left a message with my cell number. Two hours later the door is locked no customers inside. Girl comes to let me in. I explained the problem. She regarded me with a blank stare, and then said, we dont sell those. But i have the reciept. Store address and even the name of salesperson. We havent had those in years she says. This is four years old. So what do i do now, i ask. Is there another solution? A different system? Go buy a new one at the bell store at the pen centre she says, blank stare again.Wont be back there.

Cancelled my service for the 15th of the month. Called on the 17th to ask about why I still had internet. They told me they had nothing on file about the cancellation. They switched the cancellation for the 18th and planned to charge me 3 extra days. I spent all morning on the phone trying to get someone to look up the call or at least search for the recording and someone eventually promised that they would reimburse me but it wouldn't be till after the bill came back to me with the full cost on it and added a note to my file. I called again and there was no note on file. Again they left me with no confirmation this would take place and would not provide me with an email stating the confirmation in general. Bell has too many systems put in place and restrictions on what employees can do all for the sake of getting every last penny from you. I wouldn't wish becoming a bell customer on even my worst enemies. Go with someone else at all costs.

I visited the bell store the other day to inquire about the new unlimited plans. Jasmine and the rest of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their phone plans and pointed me in the right direction. I will be going back to get that phone plan for sure!
