The staff are very helpful and friendly!Unfortunately they tend to be out of certain products very often but that's not their fault.Clean store and I'm always greeted with a smile.

most staff are knowledgeable all are friendly.I was told on my last visit to bleach wash my hair to go from red to black, glad I didn't take that advice.

They need to be more vocal about how they only cater to licensed people…so others can stop wasting their time in the store

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I do no recommend this location, no customer service at all, rude beyond rude, clearly needs a lesson on how to treat people - Completely ruined my day ......….make the drive to Hamilton I hear its worth it!

I do find their product to expensive it's sad the I have to order from Burlington or Mississauga or Kitchener when I have a supplier in town. But I do love the staff always joaking around always having fun with customers and that I love but not as much as money lol
