Really disappointed. Went through drive thru for chicken sandwiches and the bun had a huge spot of mold. Daughter actually got some of it and puked later. The Manager on staff was so appologitic and refunded us the whole meal. But the real person at fault was the person that made the sandwiches.

Had the strangest experience ordered a combo at the drive threw. The employee tried to make me pay extra for my drink when I asked him where it was. Said this location we don't include a drink with combo's. 100% think he was running a scam.

This place is a great location and the staff are working hard and doing the best they can. The problem is management. There is not enough staff to run a busy location here on the weekends. All the workers are hustling and you can just see it. They are exhausted just trying to keep up the pace. The tables and garbage area is not well maintain due to lack of staff. We have been coming here every weekend and it's been consistently this way. The manager needs to step up and hire more staff to help out with flow and maintenance of the restaurant.

Perhaps the best and burgers I have. Fresh ingredients and lots of toppings. I’m used to the downtown burgers with one tiny onion and one tiny tomato that looks like it’s about to enter a long term care home. This was amazing an a pleasant surprise. We grabbed food here and ate just before heading to the galaxy cinemas next door. Sure we saved a tonne from doing that. Service was also very excellent, staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely go here again soon.

Top notch quality of chicken, beef patties and bun. Although the root beer was so so, for the next refill I defaulted to coke.In terms of the portion size I found the burger patty to be petite but over all delicious. So if you’re looking for best combination of taste and portion side I recommend the popeyes across the street.

One of the busiest fast food place in wassaga.Always enjoy dine in here. The staff is young and very enthusiastic.They got the best sweet potatoes fries. (with Chipotle sauce)

Food was super fresh and delicious! Not sure if there’s something wrong with the speaker, but it took me four times repeating my order for the guy to get it right.

This review is not for the food or staff. Staff was nice and food they prepared was great. But when we entered the store it was full of smoke and their exhaust was not working since 2 weeks according to the staff due to which we have to sit outside in the cold to eat our food. We felt bad for the staff and other people who were inhaling the smoke as its not good for health

Good food, inside the restaurant was gross. Garbages overflowing, spilled drinks everywhere, washrooms were disgusting, and order took a long time.
