The manager is pretty useless here. Would not price match the same jacket in a different colour. She simply does not know how to close a sale.

We had initially a small incident with one of the younger sales representatives, but John, the supervisor/manager was very responsive and professional in how he handled the situation. Cristina the salesperson was really helpful finding the right sizes and matching sets. Because of them we did some serious shopping that day!Great customer service from both Cristina and John. Thank you!

Rude staff. A lady was rudely racially profiled in this store. For a well known company, would expect better. It’s 2023 and we are still dealing with racism. Make sure to train your staff before hiring!

Really good priced clothes especially for kids. Women's clothes are also really fairly priced. Quality is good as always from Roots. Staff are friendly. Would come back here again.

This location service no good2 week ago on black friday i came this locatio amti bought something but no more size i ask them order for me and then they said maybe 7 day or ten day it come so 2 weeks later i come they said they returned the package already but money not return to my cridit card they ask me call my cridit card i said why not my faud why i have to call so i ask them call security come to help me i and i go just wait 10 days more if they not give back the money for u i will ask security come help me they did wrong email and wrong shipping add that why they return so I canceled order i want they return money for me that I never come this location again

You'll find all the collections here, and they usually have stock of everything in their inventory. Got me a nice pair of Roots Athletics!I personally had an unpleasant experience today with a staff member. She really didn't want to help and seemed angry and moody as if she's been having a really bad day or maybe overworked.Whatever she was going through, it's not professional to take it to work.
