Great place to do business. Trevor and staff are always trying to go above and beyond to accommodate and strike a fair deal, at the very least, to everyone who enters their establishment.

Guys just a rude drunk. If you're a woman by yourself, even a woman with kids, I highly recommend you only go in when the female managers are working. Or with your boyfriend/fiance/husband or even just a guy friend. This guy who is the owner, has an issue with women and he's mean as h*ll

I have been going to Big gold since they opened many years ago I have had positive experience getting loans for my stuff Trevor the owner is a Fair man that doesn’t accept junk in his store if you’re looking for a high-quality merchandise this is the place to go. If you have junk or stolen property go to the other guys they will not deal with you here. That is what I love about big gold pawn shop. I’ve read some of the reviews and to those people there’s something wrong with you. Do you have nothing better to do with your time other than insulting people on the Internet. Just because you don’t get your way doesn’t make you right now. Trevor and Heather are amazing people they have helped me in times I’ve needed it and has always held my stuff until I could afford to get it out I wish them and their families a merry Christmas. This is the only pawnshop I will ever go to

The guy is extremely unprofessional. Was absolutely ignorant when I went in and asked how much I would get for a gold ring. Could have told me the price for gold and maybe been a little helpful but instead he made me feel stupid. Putting his watch behind his back “how much is my watch worth”, I was so embarrassed and upset.It takes nothing to be professional and kind to a potential customer. Be a better business owner.

Small but excellent selection of CDs. Good variety of items for sale, with reasonable prices. We will be back!

Big Gold Pawn is a fantastic, friendly, helpful, trustworthy place to shop and pawn your items. They give you top dollar for your pawns and are very flexible with their payment plans. Heather, the manager, is always so helpful and strives to meet your goals. Awesome new location too. I highly recommend Big Gold!

Worst pawn shop iv ever been too, i frequant alot of shops and out of the bad this is the worst.The reviews i have read seem to agree with the experiance that was provided to me, i have a great attitude as a customer and love to support local shops but this staff was plain rude and intimidating.The prices are so high you can buy alot of the items new for 10-20% more, 2 of the EXACT same items in the exact same shape, 2 prices were almost 10% more then the other and no budging on price either, most shops will drop 10% or more but when asked i was told the price is the price, if they were good prices i would pay the price but id rather spend the money to buy new for the customer service this store provides and the hostile enviroment.To be treated like criminals the second you walk in, the prices are thru the roof, and they have different prices on the exact same items, the staff has no idea what they are talking about for multiple items they were trying to sell, had to call a anothet employee to the front because we asked to see something in the corner. Not a friendly enviroment for customers at all
