I dropped my jeans off to have them tailored and when I picked them up the lady was very rude to me. She had told me a different price when I had dropped them off and when I asked her about it she was very rude and made a snarky comment. Also when I looked at my jeans I noticed the stitching wasn’t very well done. I will not be going back!

I took my suit in to get some alterations done. The owners were able to dry clean and get me my suit in a very timely fashion. The quality of the hemming / alterations were on point. Even on both sleeves and pants and you cannot tell the suit has even been altered!

I took a jacket here to be cleaned. It was quite stained from a long walk in the rain. They did a wonderful job getting the stains out. Unfortunately it took a week and it cost $25... for ONE jacket. From past experience at other cleaners I knew it couldn’t possibly be more than $10. I debated over whether or not $10 would be worth it, over just throwing it in a washing machine. I was blown away when she told me the cost. Great job cleaning, but I will never return.

Best place to get your dry cleaning done. The prices are amazing compared to anywhere else and they work really hard to accommodate for your time. Got my suit cleaned and pressed earlier than anywhere else could do it and at least a few bucks cheaper. Shirt prices are a great deal and the counter person is honest and doesn't tell me what I want to hear just to get my service. My family and I will most definitely be returning!

Super disappointed. Took my tablecloths in for my wedding to have them steamed/pressed to get wrinkles out. Got them back with almost just as many wrinkles as when we started. Not sure what I paid $150 for. Called to ask what could be done and was told nothing could be. Guess I’ll just have super wrinkly table cloths at my wedding now.....

Great neighborhood dry cleaners! Counter person was pleasant and cordial but more importantly my dress was cleaned and pressed just in time for my holiday party. I will most definitely be going back and taking my wedding dress to be cleaned as well!

Allen Creek Dry Cleaners has become a staple in my family. I often pick up dry cleaning for my parents on a weekly basis, for they both work intensive jobs requiring pressed attire.Yangnim (Suzie) and her husband are two of the most hard working and honest people I have met in my life, thus far. A prime example would be today— Suzie mentioned that she noticed a stain on a pair of shorts. Instead of saying that there was nothing she could do, she asked if she could keep them to clean once more. There was also a time where my tab was much higher that I had expected (my fault, not theirs) she offered to let me pay the difference the following week. For a “mom and pop” business to extend such trust in their customers speaks volumes to their character. Overall, I can’t recommend enough.A heads up: They do have to adjust their quoted price for alterations and cleanings for tax purposes. Therefore, your actual price may be off a few dollars.P.S Suzie is lovely artist with a green thumb, all of which adds to the Spirit of the business.Thank you both for all you do for my family! Xo

Love Allen Creek Dry Cleaners. They’ve been able to get tough stains out that other cleaners haven made worse by just pressing it Into the fabric. They’re always kind and professional. They don’t take forever to clean your garments either.
