Tire fell off on highway after having them installed by Canadian Tire, $6000 damage but they will not accept any responsibility. Have spoke to 2 other people with similar experiences and even our insurance company will not deal with them. Disgusting business...

I took my car in here for a specific repair. After $1800 in upselling addition work they never worked on or attempted to repair the original issue. When i was returning (being driven by a friend) i witnessed my vintage 51 car being driven on the road.

The service department is great! They get the job done and are very professional and friendly. The parts staff are knowledgeable and offer excellent quality service as well. The store is stocked well with great quality products.

The Customer service attendant is very rude, unprofessional and not very helpful. Chewing gum and rolling her eyes at your questions, actually makes you not want to even ask for help or go to this store again.I’m still waiting on my snow shoes from December that were ordered as a Christmas gift. It is now March 1 and the delivery date is suggested for the end of March. Hopefully we have snow next year.

I've been shopping at Canadian Tire in Williams Lake for 30 years. In the past 5 years this store has improved tremendously. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, the automotive department is great and the stores caters to all my seasonal needs, from gardening to holiday shopping. A real asset to our community. I appreciate the corporate and local store initiatives when it comes to sponsorship of non-profit groups.

Fantastic store, it has just everything & was well stocked, plenty of staff in the Iles for assistance, my only criticism would be that at checkout I was about 15th in line & they only had 2 cashiers so took about 10 minutes to checkout.

First the little self-serve Parts computer said they had a part, that they didn't so we had to ask for a staff member to help us locate it. He told us to give him some space because he's afraid of covid-19... you could see the fear in his eyes... yet he wasn't wearing a mask? then he used the same computer and just told us they don't have it? if you're that scared STAY HOME!
