Great experience dealing with Mauser and MD Charlton and specifically Tim. I sent an email to Mauser (Germany) regarding a broken part under warranty and Tim contacted me the next day. I sent the broken part to MD Charlton and received the replacement part in less than a week.

Chris always hooks you up if he can. He'll toss you extra stuff like a carrot for your firearm, firearms cases, whatever. And he's always super helpful with suggestions. I've always found the prices to be lower than most stores, and they usually have a great selection.

Absolutely atrocious business practice of closing down the store because of COVID-19 and not updating your Google Maps listing. Should not be a thing in 2020, from a reputable company. Especially when you are the only location for hundreds of miles around. I expected better.
