Nickel and dime operation here, barely any icing on the donuts. Thanks for serving the worst treats I’ve had. Put some effort into it and make your products something that’s worth eating.

This is the second experience in this place for dine inside and it was great although many reviews reflected the opposite.The seating area was clean and organized, some tables are not in service to ensure social distancing. Service was quick , food and coffee are hot and exactly as it ordered. Having Wendy’s in the same place is another option to mix and match.

I’m so sad. Tim Hortons has been my neighbourhood stop shop just to relax get out get some fresh air and have a coffee. But suddenly it’s gone downhill. This staff can’t take an order-Not even a simple order for a coffee and a bagel. I tried three times to get the same coffee order that I’ve been getting probably at least 500 times and I just couldn’t make these people understand. Instead of giving me my proper order they said we know you know and we know thatAnd they couldn’t get the bagel right either. I probably paid twice as much as what I should have Only to get the wrong order, something I couldn’t eat. It ruined my outing, my peace of mind and my go to place.Please hire people that can speak English. I’m actually an ESL teacher and I’m very patient but this was ridiculous. Really bad. After trying to calm down I came back to try andGet the proper order and I couldn’t believe that the supervisor actually said it’s my fault because I always have a problem and that I’ve known for this . She is right. They haven’t been able to get my order right for about two weeks.I cannot believe that there isn’t evenSupervisor that knows about customer service.Writing all this as I wait to get my order . While I waited and tried to get my money back five people left. This restaurant really needs to do something about their staff problem. I’m so sad By the way I did take a tiny bite before I knew what they’ve given me. They gave me a cinnamon raisin bagel with garlic cream cheese on it Acch!!! What I had ordered was a bagel with butter. They never apologized once.

Ordered a sausage farmers wrap and whoever made it put love into it definitely! Funny to say but it was the best breakfast wrap I've had! The staff here are very friendly also! Coffee is good too! Great place to stop on your way through squamish.

A suggestion for improvement:While the food and atmosphere of the location were decent, the behavior of the morning manager left much to be desired. A friendly and polite attitude can make a big difference in a customer's experience. I suggest providing customer service training to the staff to improve their approach and better serve the customers.

At 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, the selections were few. The staff looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. No one asked to help us, told us where to pick up, etc. Got tidbits... pretty dried out. Ordered one doubledouble and one black. The black came out with cream.

I had a less than satisfactory experience at this location due to the manager's rude demeanor in the morning. The customer service also did not meet my expectations. I hope that in the future, the staff can provide a more welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

After a hard morning there is only one thing that can get me through the rest of the day ... My tim Hortons coffee and Boston cream doughnut. Unfortunately today I had to end my day quite abruptly due to my doughnuts chocolate coveregae being less than adequate, this has left a less than optimal flavor in my hungering mouth,and an even less satisfactory. Maybe you guys could use less tighter bags???

Food was okay. Got the special belt.Bagel was fresh but sandwich lacked flavor and mayo or some kind of sauce.Upon entering i was the second person in line for about 3 or so minutes...when the other counter finally opened instead of helping me she helped a person who just walked in. Not impressed and I won't be back to this location.
