They went out of their way to find it and prepare the sizes for me. Communication was easy and effortless and Jane was unbelievable. They have terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere!! They ripped me off with a restocking fee ($400) for product they had in stock (not specially made for me) and never even left their facility. Really disappointed in how they conducted business. -- They Are now with holding orders from a family member unless i take this down.
