After setting up a service, I waited for 1.5 hrs only for them to call me back and say it will take 4 more hrs for them to come help me.

Big thank you to this company. Amazing service from all around everyone . Big thanks to Mike the driver being his first day , as there was a hell of a mess to clean up from my situation that happened. He handled him self very well and as a fellow tow operator I was impressed. They Were friendly, timely and got the job done with no problems. Would recommend them 10 fold. Prices were also really competitive and ended up being easier on my wallet than the places I called around to get a estimate from. Kudos.

Had my first experience with the new owners and leadership. Absolutely fantastic. Girlfriend had her truck safetied at grants auto and a week later the frame on the truck broke. Smith and walters was able to tow us right away, were polite and happy to help us. I will recomend them to all my family and friends. Thanks again S&W!!

my last tow with this company will be tomorrow........if a could review the previous owners it would be 5 stars...my first call and always happy with the service..........new owners coming may 6th 2022 have a terrible reputation and i won't ever call to request service from them.........best of luck to the outgoing owner's and staffUPDATE: as for marksman444"'s statement below.
