City Centre Obstetrics and Gynecology

I was seen by dr. Rozenek through my pregnancy and surgery before pregnancy . She’s really nice doctor . She listens your problems. But unfortunately my delivery was done by Dr. Song . While I was delivering she was very rude to me . Postpartum I got infection and it took 3 months to recover me . Moreover I seen so many gynaecologist in emergency and all are very nice but Dr. Song was the rudest one . 5 stars for all the doctors except Dr. Song .

I saw Dr. Coll years ago when he worked in Burnaby. I was delighted when I found out he works out of Surrey as I live in Langley. This is my first baby and I couldn’t imagine having any other OB than Dr. Coll. The office is really nice and the staff are all great! I am approaching my due date so we shall see how things go, but so far it has been a very positive experience!

Extremely rude receptionist. Was adjusting for date for phone appointment that works for both our and Dr.'s schedule and the response I get is Well

I was seen by Dr. Angel Shan during my third trimester due to some complications in my pregnancy. Despite a few hiccups in the office receiving my referral/scheduling the initial appointment, it was such a wonderful experience visiting this clean/modern office and being under the care of Dr. Shan. She was friendly and had amazing bedside manner which made me feel at ease all the time! Totally fell in love with her as my OB after my first visit. She was also very direct and thorough in her communication, and seems to be a Dr who values her patients' time (typical appointment wait time was 10-20mins). Office phone line can be very very busy, but they do eventually get back to you. Sufficient parking can be found in the busy area.

I waited for over an hour and a half for an appt, over 2.5 months for an actualAppt and was told I could not bring my husband yet EVERYONE else has their husband and kids with them! What a bad bad experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND

What an impersonal machine of an office!!! Stuck in traffic, so I tried to call to inform. Their messages go on and on about how busy they are and how your leaving a message simply makes service slower. Never did find a way to leave a message! So hoped they would call when I was late. They didn't call me to find out what was happening. When I arrived they refused to see me. I'll book you in a few months if possible." Was the receptionist's response. Can't imagine what the doctors must be like! But they were churning women in and out of treatment rooms pretty fast."

Dr. Christa Lepik is such a warm and lively doctor. She makes her patients comfortable. Just had 2 visits, and both visits were pleasant. Am glad she is My OBGYN.

I had Dr. Lepik throughout my pregnancy. She's very sweet and understanding. She's very good at making you feel comfortable and at ease. She went on maternity leave right after I gave birth and Dr. Tsai took over for my post-partum care. He's great too, explained everything thoroughly without being condescending, which in my experience a lot of male doctors are guilty of.

I had my baby in 2021 and Dr Lepik was my OB she’s the super nice and kind person I have ever met in my life. I was told to be induced at 38 weeks and she was on call on that day. The doctor at surrey memorial told the staff to do a C-sec saying the baby is bigger in size although I was told during all my scans and ultrasounds that the baby is normal in size and my sugar levels were controlled. She came to check on me twice while she was there for a C- sec for another patient and told nurses to wait as the baby is normal in size. I gave birth to my baby after 20 hours of labor through a normal delivery. I’m so thankful to God for having her as an OB ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️definitley recommend Dr Lepik to everyone
