I ordered custom nosing for my home stair renovation and ShapeMeasure helped make this process very easy. They provided friendly advice and were able to answer all my questions. Specifically Dain was very helpful. He made sure all my concerns were met and that I was satisfied with my order. Just $5/ft stair nosing for my engineered wood material, what I got is high quality nosing, perfect matching color, good packing. I am so happy with the result. There was a miscommunication, but they came up with a good faith solution, and gave reimbursement. I will definitely do business with them in the future, and highly recommend them if you need good quality stair nosing.

Dain and Lorraine were very professional and courteous. Delivery of custom treads was hung up due to supply chain issues affecting new equipment, but this was resolved satisfactorily. Treads and nosings to retrofit a complicated and not entirely square or true heritage stair fit well with only very minimal adjustments needed to a few components on site. Dain was very patient and provided good advice on installation. Invoicing took some time to get right due to some special requests, but was resolved satisfactorily in the end.

We found shape measure on line and contacted them over the phone.The process was super easy and all the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful.The product was finished and ready for pick up on time.We are extremely happy with the final product.The stair nosings look amazing.So amazing that our contractor had to take the contact info for future projects.Thanks again!
