This place was amazing! Super clean and friendly. I didn't have an appointment, they welcomed me right away and took me. I did not have to wait long. I had such a great experience and they were super fast so I could carry on my day. Also, their prices are great. I highly recommend. Thank you ladies again! I will definitely be coming back.

I’m doing my nails right now. The nails look fine and satisfying but their behaviour is a bit off.They Keep pulling the hands and using nail files too aggressively.Their work seems to be fine at the end. I like their work honestly But they need to take a rest so they be softer with customers.

Worst experience at a spa. No eye contact no pleasantries . Spoke with another technician in another language entire time .Third tech working on a person on Bluetooth phone call while TV was on and radio !!!! Nothing relaxing at all …… questionable sanitation practises .

I have been going to Orchid Nails and Spa for my fills for the past month. I love that they are able to accommodate last minute appointments. I have tried many nails salons in Windsor, Tecumseh, La Salle and Lakeshore and they are my favourite!I show the ladies my nail inspo and they never disappoint. They are amazing! Highly recommend!

I’m impressed with the shellac manicure I received and the technician did the nail art I asked for. Took off two stars because she also was rushing at first—being very rough when she was cutting my cuticles and ended up making me bleed. I just hope the place sterilizes their equipment and I don’t end up with an infection.

All of my experiences here have been extremely positive! I am regularly complimented on my nails and always recommend Orchid Nail and Spa. I go here for a number of services and I always leave satisfied. Lan and her crew always deliver kind, professional service that meets the need of their customers, paying great attention to detail and finesse, and the facility itself is always very clean and well taken care. Me and 3 other girls I came with have been very disappointed with our nails. Our nails have been shaped slanted and overall a sloppy job was done and we aren’t impressed. We asked for just shellac and they gave us a manicure as well (thus not listening to us). In addition it took them so long to do our nails it was astonishing. Strongly would not recommend coming here ever, check out other nail places!

Was really impressed! I called to see if there were any openings and was greeted with a happy voice and an invite to come over right away. The ladies were all welcoming! My past french manicures lasted maybe 2.5 weeks...I'm going on a month with the manicure from this place! Will be back for sure.
