Olivia was wonderful discussing our situation, she gave us some very help full info. She made the process feel less of an embarrassment that we needed to ask for help. With Covid life has been difficult to say the least.I would very much like to let people know how she showed her caring and attention to our needs, and reassured us she is there for any questions or concerns we may have.

Kelley answered all my many emails, promptly, courteously, professionally, and without a hint of judgement. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me put my mind at ease. I had the pleasure of speaking to Olivia Harper today. When I first called them, my thoughts were that I was drowning and I didn’t think I was going to be able to keep my apartment another month as my pay had been garnished. Olivia did an absolutely fantastic job of helping me understand my options, and got me set up with beginning the process in a very professional and efficient manner. Have been very thorough and professional and I appreciate this. Only one problem is the timeframe in which counselling sessions are expected to be completed. On 1st bankruptcy I went through in 2006, counselling sessions weren't until towards the end of the bankruptcy process. Feel somewhat pressured by the need for speed in this process. Other than that, I am impressed by the professionalism of all involved.

Making that first call can be overwhelming to say the least. But, once I started talking to Olivia i could feel the stress leaving me. She was very professional, very thorough on explaining each step and also compassionate and understanding. Spoke today with Carrie. She made it so comfortable and easy to understand. She went through all of my options with me and answered all my questions and Not once did I feel judged. Not once did I feel pressured.If your finances are in a state where you’re not sure what you can do, please call.

We had put off talking to anyone, even our families about how bad our situation was getting, but it just got to a point where we were so overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do anymore. We first called and got a consultation and they made an appointment for us to meet with Mark, he was amazing, so friendly and helpful, and not at all what we thought it would be like (we were nervous we’d get scolded or talked bad too, we were just so scared) he helped us get everything in order and it was so smooth and easy to accomplish, we had our first Counselling Session with Mark and he was so kind about it all, told us what we could do in the future with our finances and how we could avoid doing that to ourselves in the future. And today we had our final counselling session with Olivia, she was awesome! Also very friendly and kind (I find they all are) and this session consisted of her helping us figure out what we could do to help get our proposal paid off faster, her giving us advice for helping rebuild our credit. I’m just so thankful for them because they made our situation so much easier and they were so kind doing it. Definitely recommend if you’re in a bad situation financially
