After 3 years of using this service, They managed to charge my personal card ( twice ) and in the last 2 months not be able to credit me ? and rebill the correct card.( this should be 20 minutes of work )When you call in , You get someone on the other end of the phone who does an amazing job of talking him self in circles while getting nothing done.This was a professional business at one time. Not sure what happened, there's a lot of competition in this market now . I would recommend you look around before making this decision .

We have been using AutoServe1 for a few months now and their customer service has been excellent every time I have had to use it. If I have any issues I will get a call within 5 minutes once I submit a ticket and the issue resolved within minutes. Great program!

It is a ok dvi system but we switched software company that offers dvi at no additional cost. I called multiple times with no response then finally reached out to my parts vender to get me in contact with someone. Received a call a few days later and the rep that service’s my area said to send her an email requesting immediate cancellation. She responded and said it would be canceled immediately but I’m still getting charged

The system itself works great and I strongly believe would be a great tool for any repair center.The customer service and help is the best I've ever received working with a company. Our representative is Jack Grant and he always responds in a timely way and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running well on our end. He helped our facilities get set up and assisted in building us an inspection. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. 10/10 would recommend.

We recently started using AS1 for our digital vehicle inspections. The first few days were frustrating , as I dove right in without training first, just how I am..lol. After a short call with Ram at Autoserve, we were rocking the system. The feedback we have received from customers has been fantastic. It's unbelievable the amount of work it has generated and the time it has saved. Now when a customer gets the inspection results, they are able to see everything with there car, educate themselves before calling, then either click to approve or call in. No more having to explain over and over what's going on with there car. The text feature is also very good, we have had multiple customers already use it instead of a phone call to us, HUGE time savings. Looking forward to the upcoming features they are working on. Would , and have recommend them to other shop owners. Only wish we started with them years ago.

So this is in response to my last one star review, Sean McSweeny the director of customer relations reached out to us and actually came through and got us our money back. That’s great follow up and making things right. We may at some point return to be a customer. But that, I’m sure, will take some time. Thanks Sean!

We have been using the product now for a couple of weeks. Our first impression were positive. We like the idea and what it trying to accomplish. But, too many bugs! And it comes up short is a few areas. The product feels half baked.I would give 0 stars but the customer support responds quickly even tough they haven't fixed much of the issues.

How has Autoserve1 impacted our shop? On so many levels! First and foremost, the trust we have built with our customers. The fact that they can see firsthand in pictures and videos, in real time, leaves no doubt in their minds that they need the repair. That in turn this has led to a greater profit for our shop, as in roughly 30% greater! We have been able to land many more jobs because of the Autoserve1 program. It has also helped with the technician/service advisor relationship immensely. The communication is simply better that the typical writing on a piece of paper and trying to decipher chicken scratch!Being able to connect Protractor to Autoserve1 has changed life for service advisors. Less time transferring notes from one page to another...it also effects the bottom line in the long run. Time is precious and valuable!I admit, when we first signed up for Autoserve1 years ago, I went kicking and screaming. I didn't see the value in it until I started using the system and seeing how our customers would respond. It is truly a game changer that makes our employees lives and the lives of our customers who spend their hard-earned money with us SO much easier!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!We were excited to use this DVI system we were told it works with Alldata MANAGE ONLINE, so, we scheduled a install date, and when we received a call from the installer from Autoserve he immediately told us that it does not work with the alldata online version, only the alldata pc version which we do not have.So I told him we were mislead into this contract"
