I am blown away. We're new to Stratford so relied heavily on recommendations for places to buy from.A few people recommended Needles. I cannot say enough good things. We unexpectedly needed to buy a new fridge today. Nano and Hayden are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and did I mention helpful and knowledgeable?They asked all the questions to help us find the right style, fit and price for our needs, AND they price matched to the lowest upcoming sale price they could find anywhere.We 1st arrived at the store around 11am today. By 3pm Jeff and his delivery partner had arrived, removed our old fridge, brought the new one in, unpacked it, set it up, leveled it and cleaned up all the packaging. They even came back to bring us the ice cube trays and packs we'd accidentally left in the old freezer.A+++ for customer service, efficiency, product knowledge, value price, and overall experience. We will definitely come back to buy our next appliances.

I bought an LG French door fridge counter depth and with the help of two employees who measured the space it fits! I was on pins and needles about the Maytag microwave and even cancelled the order and then realized that Needles are experts. Jack Abbott was right- the microwave fits. Listen to the experts!

Called later in the afternoon about an issue with our washing machine. They had a repair man out and issue resolved that same afternoon. We live 30 minutes from town. Thanks Needles, very much appreciated.

I live in Stratford and recently bought a fridge, stove and range hood from Needles for a kitchen renovation. For a small store, the selection is good. I bought locally to support them and found that a huge advantage of buying from Needles is their superb customer service. There was a problem with the LG range hood after it was installed. They replaced it immediately and without question. They responded almost immediately to my emails. Their prices are almost identical to the big box stores, but at the big boxes you would never anything resembling the responsibility and after-sales service that Needles provides.
