We had no heat last night so i called Mark's at 7:45am. Mark's sent a technician within 3 hours of my call and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Todd their technician was fast, efficient, and very professional. Their pricing was fair and no upcharge or sales pitch. They obviously know their stuff and i would recommend them highly to anyone with heating problems.

I had an especially difficult installation situation. From the moment I walked into the store to discuss it, every single person was all about making my experience with them a good one. The customer service was excellent and I felt they really wanted to help me make things work. They were fast to deliver the quote, and came to install faster than expected. The installation itself went smoothly - the folks that came were quiet, polite, friendly, efficient and fast. What more could you want? I will recommend them to everyone and will never go anywhere else.

In August 2020 I requested a furnace tune up & a fireplace fix.... it’s now March 2021 and the fireplace is still not working! First repair it quit working after two weeks use...second repair same outcome...I called them back on Dec 3rd..no return calls for over 6 weeks!I called again for the 4th time and asked them to please send a more experienced technician...on Feb 3rd they sent the same person who explained that the part he installed on the second visit was not tightened properly...this time the fireplace quit working after 4 hrs!I called again for the 5th time and requested the owner/manager call me to discuss this now months long exacerbating situation..a month later still no call back... the total indifference and lack of response from this company is truly disappointing what with me being a regular customer since moving to the County.Very dissatisfied

Purchased a new trance furnace and air conditioner. The team Arrived on time, did a professional job. Kept us informed of progress, explained how everything worked, cleaned up afterwards. I recommend for others to seriously consider using them

There are only a few choices in The County for heating and cooling services. When we were in the market to update our equipment, we researched the brands and those that represented them in our area. Mark really stood out and we felt at ease with Tim as he took the time to explain all aspects of their proposed solution for us. Once selected, the equipment came fast, the installation day was handled by a team of 3 installers who were polite, informed and extremely professional. There are always challenges that arise on site during the process - totally and masterfully handled to their high standard of execution. Everyone involved at Mark Heating and Cooling are extremely accommodating and helpful. If I could give 6 stars I would!

We can not say enough about how good our experience with Mark Heating and Cooling has been. They went above and beyond to resolve issues that we were having with our heat pump. Superb service, A++Our AC unit quit in the middle of a killer heatwave. Mark Heating & Cooling came to our immediate rescue when the *other guys* (who previously had all of our business) totally let us down.All of the employees we came into contact with at Mark Heating & Cooling were courteous, knowledgeable and very competent. The work was done quickly and at a price much lower than we anticipated.Overall an excellent experience!

Prompt efficient service with knowledgeable technicians!

Brought them in to repair faulty boiler. Three tries and they couldn't fix it, though they replaced electrical panel and charged me $1100 plus cleaning fee. They said there was nothing else that could be done with it. I suffered through 12 months of house temps at 13 to 18 C with boiler continuing to break down, thinking that nothing could be done. Finally called the boiler sales rep and he suggested another company, who FIXED IT IN FIVE MINUTES. Bad venting that Mark Heating didn't check (tho I pointed out strange gurgling sound to them repeatedly). Now house temp is at 21C all the time! Don't use this company.
