We just bought our first couch at Leon’s today, and had a wonderful experience with our salesperson, Ali.He was very professional, took us through the whole process and explained everything we asked with grace; really made us feel secure with our purchase. This took me some time to review, we are really feeling great with leon's service. Executive name who helped us is Ali". He mange to suggest the best table for us and properly did the followup and made everything simple and clean.So small summary: 1. We had small scratch with our original dining table as soon as we reported they have verified and replaced with New one.2. We got the king mattress with 200 days sleep warranty

Ali is awesome! Dealing with him was blessings. He answered all questions about the products very professionally.We ordered 3 piece sofa set from this location and upon delivery found small fabric damaged. Reported same day with pics and get that resolved by customer service.End is well.I recommend this location specially to deal with AliAli thanks for your great customer service!

I purchased all new appliances for my new kitchen reno from Jacob Van Loosen. He helped me to narrow down the choices with what I needed offering knowledgeable information. He held the items for months until I was ready for them to be installed and then had them delivered as soon as I asked for them. They arrived well packaged with no defects. Great experience start to finish with no regrets and still very pleased with my choices.

Super happy with my experience there. Paivi was the person who helped us pick out a bed set and other essentials. She was super kind, patient and was very knowledgeable. Such a lovely person and made the experience super easy and less stressful. Ask for Paivi if you ever go here!

We had the good fortune of meeting Ali B at the Whitby location on Friday of last week. Personable, professional and patient. Ali walked through the store with us in hope of finding the perfect love seat for our small space and he nailed it. It was delivered by two friendly and professional gentlemen this afternoon who set it up in our living room. 5 days from purchase to delivery! Unbelievable pricing on a gorgeous white Italian leather love seat that we will enjoy for years to come. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience Ali. Five stars!

the worse EXPERIENCE. ordered a sofa set that came missing certain parts. The customer service department is a joke. kept putting me on hold and giving me lame excuses about the manufacturer for 2 WEEKS.
