I have a current office lease with Regus and it's been plagued with problems. They have arbitrarily changed my lease with out my consent or proper paperwork, double charged me, sent me demand notices for payment when I've already paid and threatened to cut off my services if I didn't make payment despite the fact that I've paid every invoice on time.I've tried numerous time to resolve these issues with the folks who represent regus at the Landmark centre but they never seem to get anywhere. The issue is that head office" really has all the power and the local folks just don't have any real authority to fix any issues at all.I paid my rent on time all throughout covid

I have been using the services at Regus for over two years now, and have nothing but positive experiences. Everything about this Regus location is outstanding: the staff, the space, the working environment, the view from the 11th floor...Can't say enough about the friendly and professional staff, who always go above and beyond for their clients. I recently rented a board room for a couple of days. My experience was great! Carlene at the front desk was extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were modern, the office space was quiet, and the complimentary coffee and water area was clean, as were the washrooms. And that view from the 11th floor!I definitely recommend.

Update: I have sent an email to the company's response and there is only an auto-reply stating that they do not reply to all emails. I've asked them to contact me directly by phone to discuss this. I don't believe that they will contact me to find out more/rectify the situation but I'd be more than happy to be proven wrong.If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please save your time, money and sanity. There were errors in my lease agreement, they admitted that it was their fault and it took months for them to correct (no one could figure out what they did wrong or how to fix it). On top of this, they put unauthorized charges on my credit card more than once. These charges were finally refunded 6 months later. Appalling and completely unprofessional!

I truly cannot say enough about this office. Regus at Landmark 6 is my home away from home. I run my psychotherapy private practice out of this location and it has changed my life. My clients are always greeted warmly and professionally from the front desk. The office space is run extricably well (clean, well maintained, good systems, etc). And most importantly, the Regus team at this location go above and beyond to make sure myself and my clients are always taken care of. They are friendly, warm, knowledgeable, dedicated, and provide the genuine care and professionalism that allows me to rest easy so that I can do my work well and not have to worry about any other aspect of my business other than the clinical work that I do with my clients. They are a big part of how my practice functions and I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to work here and be a part of this professional community.
