I recomend no one go to rogers capilano mall, they just want to sell you not help you to buy with correct information, I wanted to buy a phone and a phone plan which they were out of stock and tried to convince me that phone is not good,they told me that there is not any iphone 14pro max in any rogers stores in vancouver but I went to another store in londsale street with very good customer service and buy it.

Went to the store to help out a friend in the hospital with his phone and it was closed at 2:30 with a sign saying it would reopen at 3:10 however no one ever showed up and customer service gave me the opposite information to what it was giving the day before.Had to wait another day to get resolution.

I cannot say enough great things about the guys at this location! Jonathan was a tech genius and Michael (I believe the manager) was so knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is having a challenge with their phone! Excellent service!!

If I can give this store a rating of O, I would. Don’t waste your time if you are planning to come to this store. I went there at 525pm and the rep there basically told me he’s the only one there and he’s busy for the next 30 mins in a dismissive tone. The store was empty. I asked “ aren’t you closed in 30 mins?” He never responded. I left and went to the Rogers store on marine and Bridgman Ave. Which was 4 mins away and I was greeted in a friendly matter and rep helped me out with something and I was in and out in 2 mins.

I went to the Rogers location at Cap Mall last week with a long list of things I needed to address.The staff there were beyond helpful - Maz knocked off all the items on my list, and made sure every detail was attended to.Some effort was required in order to accomplish this, and it was so much appreciated.I heard other customers come in while I was there, and realized these Rogers guys take a lot of abuse in general.People if we want good service, I think we have to make it worth the effort - let's be kind and patient and grateful... we can all get what we need without anyone having to suffer. :D

Very bad customer service. Went to return phones. The female representative was talking to her friend for about 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. Then she looked at me and asked “you have any quick questions”, I said that I need to return the phones, she advised that it will take long time and to come back in 30 minutes. I asked why she wouldn’t help me now and she replied that she was with a customer, pointing to her friend.

I have worked with Maz 2 years in a row and it’s always a pleasure. He’s very accommodating, knowledgeable and a genuine good person. I drive 45 minutes just to work with him when upgrading my phone every 2 years.

Thankful for this team/store after spending 1.5 hours with customer service on the phone where they were no help what's so ever.When I went into the rogers store and let them know my issues and that customer service on the phone was not able to help me, they put their time and efforts to persistintly try to help resolve my issues and were successful. Very thankful for their efforts.

I am Rogers customer for over 15 years. I have several phones on contract with them. The other day, I sent my 13 year old son to see for his new phone, just not to go crazy with the price. He went there and they told him to go to Koodo since they have cheap phones!!! What kind of a service is that?! I am seriously considering changing them at the end of a contract. That kind of treatment is just unacceptable!

Outstanding service, Michael helped answer all of my questions and set me up with the best plan for my needs. This was the only store that had the phone I wanted in stock and I’m so glad it was this one.
