Fletchers Fabricare Dry Cleaners

I'm very happy with Fletchers Fabricare. I brought a very Thick leather jacket for Alterations and they did a very good job.

I was visiting Vancouver and the day after I arrived my only pair of pants split. Thank goodness for the talented people (person) at Fletcher's who beautifully fixed them the next day! I am very grateful!

They dry cleaned my black blazer. They removed the front buttons for some reason. The jacket came back with no front buttons(just dangling threads). They sent it back to correct this .It came back with different buttons than the original, therefore they do not match the sleeve buttons. I accepted this rather than go through more annoyance.

At both Broadway locations the people have always been friendly and helpful.Cleaning has always come out as expected or better.Alterations for pants and suit have been as expected as well. One recent instance when my pants were not altered to expectations but they explained why it didn’t happened (my misunderstanding) and addressed as best they could.I would recommend and I do go back :)

An outstanding shop. Professional service, knowledgeable staff. If you have an expensive wardrobe, these are the people to see.

I came in and asked for a quote about hemming a dress and the seamstress told me she’d need to see the fabric to accurately make one (fair enough). I come back the same day with the dress. The receptionist brought me to the seamstress and told her I was looking for a quote. She had me to try it on then proceeds to start pinning it all before sending me back to the front. I had to ask for a THIRD time for a quote!! Now at this point they’ve already pinned it all and it’s ready to go so I felt like I couldn’t just walk away if I wasn’t happy with the price. I wish they were more upfront about the cost. Give a range if you don’t have the fabric. What a con move to have someone put it on and assuming you have the job and pin it all before finally telling someone what it’s going to cost. I just felt very pressured which is not the customer service you want to receive.

Definitely too expensive. Each piece was charged separately (the hood on the jacket was counted as a separate item and charged without notifying me). Didn’t even send me an itemized receipt/invoice until I called and asked for it. I will definitely not using this dry cleaning again.

Service and location were fine. Clean facilities, polite staff, underground parking. Fee for 2 suits, 2 shirts and a tie was $125. Each piece priced separately (no suit pricing). Expensive and seems odd they charge by piece for suits. Will find another shop next time.

Rude service, work not done on time. When I first posted a review, they took a guess at who I was from their records and posted someone's personal information in the reply, I guess to try and make me remote the review
