Went to see Masuma for a hearing test and she was fantastic. She was friendly, had a great attitude and was always smiling. She also took the time to explain each procedure before starting which was appreciated.

I don’t usually write reviews, but felt this time I had to. I really loved getting my hearing test here. The staff is awesome and they got me through quick and professionally! I highly recommend coming here!

I had a hearing test by Heather Butter and she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I also suffered from vertigo and the clinic was amazing at getting me an apt with an ENT right away who was also the most caring dr I have ever been to. He took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly and I left feeling very listened to and cared for. This is the best clinic, the staff and the facility are incredible!!!

Had a great experience with the staff here, everything about the hearing test was very agreeable, from start to finish. Had a bit of trouble getting into the building as the entrance that is open is at the back of the building (not at the front doors or any of the various side doors). The downstairs offices are mostly locked, with printer paper signs, but no directory or straightforward signage. All the people I interacted with were very pleasant.

I had my hearing test done here by Joanne LaFond Joanne was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle and extremely professional. She explained everything to me and went over my results after the tests, I would definitely recommend her for your hearing needs. Thanks so much Joanne!!

I had approached Lori Callahan @ Melody Audiology & Hearing Clinic, Gateway Blvd for a Hearing Test, which I needed for a course. During the test, the volume of the sounds was kept very low, and hence some of the responses were not registered. I am well known for my sharp hearing abilities both at home and among friends. But the test result as portrayed by Lori, shows that I am having severe hearing problems. After the test, most of the time was utilized by Lori towards recommending a particular brand of hearing aids. I was sure my hear impairment is not so severe. However, I went for a second opinion, and the outcome was not so severe and they did not recommend any hearing aid device at this stage. In contrast to the severe conclusions with respect to deficient high frequency response, so far I did not feel any type of hearing impairment in any situation, and was within the limits with respect to my age.Regarding the report, I was informed that they would send within 2-3 hours by email. I waited for more than a day, and had to remind them. One can recommend a particular hearing aid product, but professionally it would have been better to do the hearing test properly. And the inefficiency of the staff was reflected not in the delay in forwarding the report but by saying falsely that they have already emailed a day earlier.

I like this place. I have taken many hearing tests my lack of hearing is not severe; however, I suffer from vertigo due to lack of balance on my middle ear. When you attend a clinic, expect to have tests, expect to be diagnosed, if are attending a clinic, thinking, I have no hearing problem, don't go. Dr. McArthur is a great doctor and very caring. Staff treats everyone with care. Anyway, I am responding a someone complaining, this clinic is the best I have seen. Take care all.

This place knows what they're doing! Professional and experienced. Masuma, the hearing tech uses her knowledge of hearing loss to help each client. Being a smaller business, they are able to offer one-on-one PERSONALIZED service. Great job Melody! Keep up the great work!

I never write a review but this time definitely I would like to share my experience I had at Melody hearing clinic. They do the best hearing test and recommend you the best. Very nice staff and very friendly. Thankyou for your service.
