Staff were great. Very friendly and nice to chat with. The point of sale system was really bad holding up customers as it was really slow and did not work with scanning codes and gift cards very easily. Also really slow in general.

Well organized nice layout The specials on name brands shoes are excellent Pretty good selection of Vans & Converse They carried many different items clothing etc The staff here are very helpful and pleasant Non rushed service I had Sales Rep Ashley she was especially very helpful with shoes and very good sales rep She made a customer out if me

Very friendly staff. Took out the time to talk to me about what I’m looking for and helped me with sizes. Everyone seemed eager to help out and make my experience great. You can tell the management is very organized and trained the staff to he efficient.

I had the best experience today in the Abbotsford store. An employee named Grace spent lots of time helping my 11 year old boy find some clothes and show him the cool brands. She went above and beyond, really great service thought she deserved a shout out!

Every time I come in here (which is often looking for specific things) I am never greeted or helped. You are ignored for the entire time as the kids that run the place are constantly talking to each other and doing anything other than being present and helping people. I get it, teenagers are cool and it’s a teenager store but I seriously think an adult needs to be in here because it is horribly run. And isn’t it funny how multiple reviews are left by the same person?

After a long day of my dad and I shopping and going into every store where the staff seemed miserable, we stopped into Zumiez and the staff were all smiling and super friendly and overall just down to earth. They also made sure we got a good laugh. My dad and I thought it really made this store stand out from all the other stores in the mall.

Went in looking for green cargo pants. Tried on a pair that were ill fitting but after speaking with Ashley there, she was so helpful and got me into another similar pair that was exactly what I was looking for! 10/10 would recommend this store if Ashley is working.

Zumiez has always been my go to place to buy any clothes that I could have ever needed. Every time I need something, the staff is always kind enough to help me out and make sure I get exactly what I need. Great staff
