Isles are to cluttered. Cashier was a bit rude when said use the self serve check out. Hope she realizes those self serve check outs are causing people to lose their jobs.

The self checkout is not a smooth process and extremely frustrating. For the couple things I was buying the machine freaked out three seperate times resulting in me needed to wait for someone to come and authorize whatever problem the self checkout though was going on. This was also the case for other customers checking out at other tills while I was there. Only after all the self checkouts were full and every customer was having issues and a line was forming did one of the employees offer to start taking people at the regular till. The employees were very helpful and friendly but my experience with Dollarama as a business was poor

Is extremely under staffed & they make you use the self checkouts? They have two tills but the staff never opens them.

There was 2 staff, but no one would ring our purchases through. He offered and helped ring my friends order through but I would have far rather used a cashier.

I was laughed at by one of your employees when I asked why noone was working the till. He then very rudely walked away. Why don't I get a discount for doing your employees job. What a joke, no customer service at all. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating the people that pay your wages and bills that way.

Very nice, just think at least 1 person could remain by the checkouts at all times, just in case if people don't want to use the self check-outs, but that's just my opinion

This Dollarama is new, it's pleasantly big inside and very well maintained/kept clean unlike a few of the other's in town. This is definitely my new go to.

New store location has been there about a month or so before I went in my first experience was great I didn't know where to find anything as I've never been in there and not all dollarama's have everything in the same similar place so the pretty young lady beautiful AF LOL seen me struggling and she come up to be out of her way ask me what I was looking for and brought me to every item and showed me around give me The Grand tour my experience was excellent
