Well stocked for clothes mostly. Very neat and organized. Not much variety for other baby products when compared to other branches. Staff are very friendly and courteous

I frequently shop at this location and normally I have no complaints. However today unfortunately I had a very horrible experience with a rude store employee who seemed to be extremely annoyed that a customer would dare to enter the store and disturb her? I will not be shopping at this location any more after todays experience. Perhaps store management might consider asking employees to contain their rudeness while at work.

Good prices good service. We bought a bunch of items for a our new born on the way. The only thing I could have said is that they realized we were buying a bunch of things they stayed back let us put everything on the counter but did not dedicate someone to help us with items. Like top shelf diaper genie etc. I had to carry everything to the cash like bed mattress etc. Than to the truck by myself no-one offered to help. This is why they lost the 5 star for not going above and beyond!

February 2023 5*Visited the place with kids to sell some old toys. You can walk in with your toys, make sure that there is no missing part and in good working conditions. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They finished the process quickly.You can also buys used and new kids stuff at this place. Generally the quality is good so it is good bargain. They got good collection of books for kids too. Sometime you can find rare stuff.

Best Baby place I visited, clean and good quality items. Most of the time you will find brand new clothes and items on very cheap price and if its used still its in very good condition.I love that store and recommend it to new Mommies and who have already kids.

The worst once upon a child store. Its a children store and the attitude of staff was arrogant!! The lady who billed my stuff today who wore a blue t shirt had no courtesy.. did not even say hi and showed embarrassment!!I ain't going to this store anymore. Thank you for your service

Extremely rude staff. Even when I spoke to the owner about his staffs behaviour when he isn't there he said nothing and just walked to the back. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

OUAC is a great place to buy gently used/second hand clothes at an affordable price. For the most part, the selection of clothes is good. While browsing, I did notice some clothes with loose strings/stains/broken buttons which I find interesting as any clothes that I try to sell are always in perfect condition but typically they aren't taken by them. I also did not double check the tags on the actual clothes and discovered once I got home that the clothes were mislabeled in size. Check the tags! And don't forget to bring your own bags!

Today I was in the store and was absolutely privileged to meet Susan, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to speak with. She was kind, thoughtful and so compassionate. I’m not sure if listening to a review about giving her a raise would work but if ANYONE deserves it, it’s her.

Good place to find clothes for babies but I find the selection to get smaller for older kids. Also, I tried selling some items to them but they didn't accept several items despite there being no rips or stains. Return on selling items is not much.
