Way To Grow Daycare

Have heard awful things in regards to the care they provide. Being new to Smithville I wanted to give it a chance and they could have new caring staff members. However the entire registration process has been horrific and asking to see the place over facetime or pics and to meet the teacher, seemed like pulling teeth to them, they were not willing to accommodate me and my daughter to feel comfortable with the care so I unregistered her completely. Unfortunate that the only centre here in town has such an awful reputation when it has the potential to be great.

Great place! both kids go their Always supervised, kids love it. We have never had an issue. Staff is awesome!

I’m really surprised there hasn’t been many more reviews about this place, my daughter started in daycare back 2017, when she was 3years....she’s in SK now, 5 years old, and I’ve just had to pull her from her before and after school care,There a certain child with delays that has hit and pushed her on many occasions and over this last summer left her with a full round mouth bit mark on her leg,The staff was terrible with dealing with this incident and would of loved nothing more than to ignore it, they left me with more questions than answers given!!Tuesday my daughter came home and told me this child has hit her again... she told the teacher looking after them at the time and her reply was, “don’t worry sweetie ile sort it”Only for me to speak with the manager the next day and to be told that an incident did even take place... so there calling my daughter a lier!!!!There never any staff and when there is... they leave... the staff look board and the children get left to do as they please... it’s always chaos when picking up or dropping off!!
