This summer my father in law needed an emergency vet for his beloved dog. I called at least 10 vets in the area and not one of them would see their dog. Not one of them had any time set aside for an emergency visits including my established vet and theirs. I called Trout Creek after doing a google search. We have had dogs our whole lives and Tracy and her staff are by far the best we have ever gone to. They got his dog Lewie in that afternoon and took great care of him and eased their minds. The vet office followed up with a Thank You card and call asking how the pup was doing. This was amazing service!! Immediately my in laws switched vet clinics. Since then, I have switched all 4 of our dogs and my son in law's parents have switched their 2 dogs.Clearly, the well being of pets is this practice's #1 Priority. We definitely need more vet clinics like this in the area.All because of one phone call and the compassion and service of this vet clinic, they now have 8 new dog clients and 3 happy families! Our last vet is no longer treating patients. Our groomer recommended Trout Creek. I only brought my pup there for the first time yesterday. They did not disappoint! They seemed very gentle with him and friendly. The Doc was very informative and even caught something going on my boy before I did! The charges for treatment seemed within range of other vets. We are definitely pleased with Trout Creek so far.

First visit and I was so impressed. I had to euthanize my cat and they got me in right away even though I was not a client. I will be now. Very caring and sensitive.

I started taking my new puppy here early this fall. We had an emergency in the first week of having her, and Trout Creek got us in IMMEDIATELY for an emergency appointment. Everywhere else I called refused to even speak with me since we were not established patients yet. This made the choice to use Trout Creek for my vet VERY easy. They are always SO polite and kind. The offices are clean and beautiful. It has a calm feeling! Every time we have an upcoming appointment, they send reminder texts and emails. Shannon is amazing with all things organization and keeps in touch via text which is SO appreciated and convenient. I wish all businesses were this forward-thinking about using technology to keep up-to-date with sending records and touching base with customers/patients! They always send an email of anything that was done in the appointment and invoices for your records. You get to pay the bill right in the appointment which I love! No more wondering how much your visit just cost until you get a bill in the mail. They also will fulfill your pet's prescription so you can use a mail order option if desired, or get their meds in house at your appointment. Dr Madeline Gluck is so sweet and my puppy loved her! LOVE going here, SO grateful our paths crossed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Tracy is absolutely amazing! Her entire team is so welcoming! We have two German Shepherds and one is a reactive Shepherd, Dr. Tracy and her team is so amazing and understanding every time we come in the door! I’ll always bring my dogs here!

Tracy and all the staff are amazing! They treat and care for our 2 cats extremely well and make accomodations for my very skiddish dog! They are very professional with just the right amount of real down-to-earth personality. The pricing is reasonable and fair.

Dr. Tracy has been our vet for years. She is professional and caring. I have never seen a vet sit on the floor with the dogs to examine them. This really helps my dogs be less anxious as they do not need to be put on a large table. As for the cats Dr. Tracy will make accommodations to help with their anxiety as well. Personally my cats hate their carriers so as soon as we are in the exam room the cars are able to be out of their carriers and explore the room. Dr. Tracy will give patients as many options to choose form that are available. She does not cut corners and truly care for each patient she sees. Appointments never feel rushes as Dr. Tracy will ensure all questions are answered prior to leaving the room. I love their text line as I can ask about upcoming vaccine/ appointment needs. The convivence and accommodations at Dr. Tracy's clinic are superior to other vat offices.

We have been taking all of our animals to Dr. Tracy for years. Her and her team are absolutely wonderful. They are quick to respond and can even help over text message for urgent questions - even silly ones like why is my cat meowing so much." They are so patient with us and our animals and their level of care is top tier. Recently

I just had my first visit with Dr. Tracy and am thrilled to have found her. The whole staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They had thoroughly reviewed my dog’s records from his previous vet and were very respectful of my concerns. Highly recommend!

We have been bringing our dogs to Dr. Tracy since May. She seems to be very caring and really takes the time to listen to our concerns and make the time for us. Trout Creek’s office is very welcoming and clean. Dr. Tracy and her staff go the extra mile to make sure our dogs have a good experience when they visit by providing tasty treats which our dogs very much appreciate!
