Vancouver Glass

I stupidly purchased mirrors that were too big and could not be returned. I contacted Vancouver Glass and told them my dilemma and if I could get them trimmed. Michael was quick to respond and super helpful. Popped in on Saturday and Michael and his team cut them in the shop right then for me. They did a phenomenal job, and great price. Full recommend them for your glass and mirror needs.

I have had to use this store quite a few times in the past and I have found that the prices are reasonable and staff is friendly

I called through phone to order a small piece of glass to fit on top of my frog's tank screen. It was ready within just a few days. As you can see in the pics it fits just fine and helps keep the humidity up!

I went to the store and tried my very best to explain how the preinstalled hooks in my wall were installed to hold the mirror I’m looking for, and what I needed at the back of the mirror (hangers?) to have . The lady at the desk apparently didn’t get what I was saying at the beginning, however as I continued to explain even with a piece of paper I started to feel even more misunderstood and rushed. I take my part of the blame considering I’m not the specialist and my explanation has probably good room for improvement I guess, However thinking about it, should not sounds so strange to them as they’re the specialists and front desk to customers. I also found a little odd that there’s no basic catalog to take a look at, anyway I’ll keep on looking at the mirror somewhere else pretty much like the ones I see at retail stores like the one I’m looking for (I just haven’t found any of the right hanger to hanger size for my wall) and if I have to come back there I guess I’ll come prepared with pictures to show :(

They have nice customer service and fast delivery and installation and best prices in town I called them to replace my old mirror they came next day they charge it and I called them again to cuz I decided to move it down a little they came again fast they know what they are doing very helpful thank you guys love the mirror
