Very bad service. only work for three months and called them more than 5 times and always the same answer a technicien will call you. I am still waiting for a technicien more than a 9 months. my neighbour had the same problem. we had installation in same day.

Effectivement le prix est bon mais c'est le prix pour une seule saison. La thérmopoompe ne fonctionne plus et je les appelle depuis pour régler le problème mais sans réponse. ma voisine à eu le même problème.

I have used them twice now for Heat Pump installations and I would not hesitate to use them again. Simon is very knowledgeable about his work and his pricing is very competitive and honest. Explains things very well. The first time I used him, I had gotten quoted from other companies as well and they had given me bad advice about the electrical work involved and actually had no clue about it, unlike Simon who told me exactly what needed to be done.
