Excellent service from Barry at BC Appliance. He was able to diagnose the problem by phone. He ordered the part for our Samsung washer, arrived at the agreed time, and did the repair quickly. Barry is friendly and very professional and followed Covid-19 protocols. Would not hesitate to use him again.

Barry arrived within 90 mins and resolved the issue of water leaking around the base of our GE Cafe fridge. He was polite and very efficient. Highly recommend this company.

BC Appliance was assigned to come out and service our GE microwave, which was not quite 1 year old. Their communication throughout the process was just excellent. The technician arrived on the same day we called. A second visit was arranged quickly and they arrived on time. I was impressed by their level of customer service, something that is rarely seen these days.

After fighting with Maytag for 15 days to come and fix my dryer that was under warranty, I reached out to BC Appliance Service. Not only did they pick up the phone after one ring, but they were able to come out the very next day to look at my dryer. I received a call when the technician was on his way, he showed up in the time frame I was told. The technician Barry was professional, polite, and very personable. The rates were very reasonable and he was able to complete the service right then and there. I was very impressed with the service that I received and I would call BC Appliance Service again for any of my appliance repair needs. Honestly after all the hassle I have went thru with Maytag, the service I received made my day!

It is always hit and miss when dealing with appliance repair/warranty items. BC Appliance was absolutely fantastic with a quick response, great trouble shooting and the repair was completed within a couple days of diagnostic. Barry was professional and friendly, a great experience with this company! Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. They harassed me about coming to the house when no one was home. They were demanding that someone be there and when they finally got the part to my house it was the wrong part. Took 5 weeks to fix a simple 20$ part repair and one set screw turned 6 times to install - takes all of 23 seconds to do. Right part initially would help things. Couldn't look up the right part with having the model number by picture right from the fridge?? Use a legit company or get your parts online and fix it yourself.
