We Safe Transport Inc booked a load With Kyle from GA to VA on Nov 22 2021 of this year and the delivery of same load was due on Nov 23 2021. At first place they took ever to get the driver loaded at shipping and at the delivery the receiver took two days to get the driver unloaded, when we requested the layover they denied to pay out the waiting time at the both ends. We have a very bad experience, we as carrier strongly urge carrier like us do not haul freight out of this brokerage, Note we have a solid proof about our this statement

They have the worse hiring process for drivers! They're not organized nor responsive and very very slow hiring process! Their rates not that great either compare to industry!

This is not the company who'll give you the equal opportunity. one of my friend just cleared his truck driving license and got the job as a truck driver in C.A.T. on the other hand i also applied for the same job and I received a call this morning from one the recruiters and she told me that, they only hire those trucker who have 1 year experience and when i mention my friends name, she was surprised and hung up the phone by saying ooooh thanks for the information.

Worst company to work with. Please DO NOT BOOK any loads with them. Load was booked, truck arrived on site for pickup, found that there is no such load available. They agreed to pay the TONU, Invoiced that almost 3 months ago and they never paid.

i booked a load with them and sent the driver to PU he did 60 ml ! they said me waiting for carrier packed and after 1 hours they selled the load to someone else , didnt hang the phone did sent an email nothing totaly unprofesionaL

This company does not pay their bills, i am following up with them from months but there accounting team after sending several reminder Amanpreet kaur and Nathalie are not replying to my emails, they have paid our money to wrong company and now are least bother to look into the issue instead they are just ignoring my emails and phone calls.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID PROPERLY

A very poor experience working with this company. We suggest that any carrier working with this firm be prepared to be blamed for wrongdoings that they did not commit.One of our drivers was blamed for showing up late for loading even though he was on site before the specified time. They fabricated a story saying that the driver stopped for a meal on the way to the shipper - this never happened. The driver was very professional and completed his work as instructed. He was told to back into a door before checking in at the office, which he did.This is just one of a few stories which we decided to share. Some others include misrepresentation of pickup location (agreed to one location, but load sheet was tendered for another), refusal to reimburse extra miles incurred, as well as some others including, but not limited to, poor customer service and carrier support.We suggest limiting your exposure to this company until some things get fixed on their end.

when it comes to payment to the carrier they stopped picking up their calls.No one responding to the emails.

Gave me a delivery date that was a day early and an appointment time for a customer who doesn't go by appointment times but will not take loads a day early. Sat for 24 hours only to come back and be told that it was fcfs and I was 4th in line. Be prepared to waste a lot of your time for little compensation. Or just avoid doing business with them.
