BEWARE OF THE $1000 FEE to lock in trades, pricing and finalize quote. We were looking to have a small bathroom put in and a music studio. Dan (owner) came and looked at our basement, discussed in detail what we were wanting to have done. We met for approx. one hour. He took measurements, asked questions and made notes. Before leaving he gave us a preliminary quote of $45,000 - $55,000. He said he is quite accurate with his quoting and final quotes are usually within 10% give or take.Unfortunately, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!!! We paid the $1000 plus tax and moved to Step #1. The Project Manager" and an audio specialist came by to discuss the job and take some exact measurements. We met again to go over the final quote. It was $100

Quotes were pretty accurate and not too many surprises. We initially chose DMC for their dedication to the community and history of supporting sick children and it turned into a great relationship for us. We've remodelled our back deck, new concrete, upgraded lighting and electrical panel as well as some light landscaping. We'd recommend them to anyone looking for renovation or new additions to be done on their home.R & G

We have been working with DMC Contracting for the last year and a half and they have been a great company to work with. We run a Residential Design firm that produces Permit Drawing Packages for Renovations and New Builds for DMC as well as other Contractors. DMC was one of 8 companies we approached to provide us a quote for our extensive addition/remodelling project. After meeting Dan, learning about his vision and hearing his passion to do quality work, we decided DMC was the right fit for us. We were offered the use of one of their trailers to live in while or project was underway and while I didn't think this was a great selling feature, it ended up being the best possible scenario for us. We had the trailer in our front yard which meant we lived comfortably on site and without the stress of living with family members or trying to rent a suitable property.Ultimately we were very happy with the work completed by DMC. The DMC crew were excellent people and were very accommodating when I had questions or concerns. Ryan was our project foreman and we could not have asked for a more personable and diligent professional. The trades people brought in were mostly great but for the few who were not Ryan and Dan ensured that the deficiencies were corrected in a timely fashion.Our project took close to 8 months from beginning to end and while there were a few hiccups along the way (both within DMC's control and outside of their control) we were and are, very happy with the job the DMC team has done for us.We have recommended Dan (DMC) to many of our friends as well as family members looking to renovate their homes. We will also be using DMC in the future as our family grows and our needs change, to complete the major projects we foresee down the road. In the meantime DMC will also be helping us on a few small projects.

DMC Contracting installed a new driveway gate at our place! And what more can I say other than that it is perfect! It exceeded our expectations! On time, on budget and overall fantastic to deal with. Form the original onsite visit with Dan (the owner) to the organization and communication with the PM, foreman and trades on site it was a great experience! Can definitely recommend them for any renovation projects big and small!
