Bagel House

Went here to do grocery and found this bagel place by accident. I got most of their flavours and their bagels are soft and fresh. I also found an interesting flavour: carrot & pineapple. Tastes good much better than I thought

Terrible service. My mother bought a bag of bagels and in the bag were, unknown to her, mixed bagels with some being highly spicy for her. It burned her mouth. She went to the store to ask them if there was anything they could do. They refused to help, told her there is nothing they could do. Saying it was my mom's mistake, not theirs. It was a mixed bag, she didn't realize there were spicy bagels in there. Regardless of who made the mistake, they did not budge. Voices were raised and my mother ended up throwing the bagels at the person at the counter and left. Imagine a business that brings an 88 year old woman to a point of frustration like this. I called them to discuss. They insisted it was her fault and nothing they could do. If that's their policy and attitude, that's fine. Personally, it's a terrible position as a small business to treat customers like that. They could've been more accommodating for this issue and provided a small courtesy in exchange like a non-spicy bagel or two. But it is what it is. This is how they are. Be aware. We went there often but we will never step foot in there again.

Coffee and the staff are good. Plaza Côte-des-Neiges is not my favorite point of the city but I like these not-very-well-known shops.

Been going here since I was little girl. I love all of thier pastries but most of all - the nice and fresh bagels! Oh and I love thier tuna salad bagel sandwich ♡♡♡ However, I bought a French Vanilla and it was super sweet and the consistency of the drink is almost a thick syrup like and it had to be diluted with water but still didn't make it any better - so as for hot drinks, it's a no for me there.

I asked the younger woman behind the counter if the Jamaican patties are fresh, I asked if they come in daily. She wouldn't answer me and she pointed to the older woman, saying talk to her". When I posed the same question to the older woman

Amazing bagel. They are as good as st viateur or fairmount. But the most impressive part is their Nata. Unexpectedly one of the best Portuguese delicacy in Montreal, and the staff is not even Portuguese! I love Montreal.

Really good bagels, been customer for a while but on my recent order of chocolate chips and banana bagels, there was no chocolate chips

Amazing and kind staff, and some of the best pastries I have ever eaten in my life. The U-shaped sweet cheese bread and the croissants are amazing.
