The chicken taste super good. Since they don't have the store available in Quebec, I got the chance to taste it at Ontario and OH BOI, I LOVE IT.

That's Popeye's new Blackened Chicken Sandwich Deluxe.. soggy, rubbery, unedible...After asking for a refund Uber eats sent an email saying thats not refund worthy and apologized for my soggy chicken burger.. go to Mary Brown's instead!

The best one, in my opinion, in Ottawa. The chicken is always perfectly crispy and juicy. They make the best spicy chicken burger. It's so good, they taste like they were straight from a southern kitchen

Always good chicken, everything was prepared well and tasty. The store was clean and tidy inside and out. The staff are very friendly and courteous. We didn't wait long for our order to be filled, it was a very quick experience. Great location with terrific people.

The chicken sandwich is absolutely amazing. The fried chicken, you need to order the spicy ones, the regular has a weird taste. They also have good french fries.

I've been waiting so long to taste Popeyes' chicken and was so disappointed. Ordered 2 piece meal and discovered that the chicken had absolutely no flavor. It was like eating breaded cornflake chicken. No spices or flavor. The poutine fries was very tasty. Their gravy had an extra spunk to it.Sorry to admit it was my first and last time.

Unfortunately this location needs to re train their management team on customer service. When a customer tells you their food is cold and asked to have them replaced please. The correct response is to apologize waste the cold food and to replace it with hot food. The incorrect response is to remove them and place them back the fry bin to sell them to the next customer. Then cont to argue with the customer and then talk about it rudly with your employees and other guests in line. This is unacceptable.

I just ordered a spicy 4 piece combo, was told it would take 13 minutes to be ready, picked it up and found it to be regular. Another order wrong... 3 in a row. I guess I wouldn't have had to wait 13 minutes for regular chicken? Service is mildly better than before but to get my chicken order completely wrong when having to wait 13 minutes.... I will try Mary Brown on bank and see if they can get my order right.
