Mobile service....fabulous value for the cost of extended warranty.I purchased the extended warranty for my Grand Design 21RBH back in 2018. I have yet to use it until last month when my stove top stopped working. A call to Chris had him dispatching a crew to my location in the French River. Problem was diagnosed, part was ordered and within 2 weeks was tested and back up and running. The service team even diagnosed that I had a faulty main regulator where the tanks hookup and ordered a new one for me too. When it comes in... I know they will arrive on site and swap it out pronto and make sure it's running to spec and safe. Many thanks to Chris and his dedicated/professional crew of Service Techs. I usually cook outside at the attached outdoor kitchen or on the BBQ however, on occasion when we get torrential rains or the bugs are crazy bad; it's nice to cook inside. I can do that again... thanks to your collective efforts. HIghly recommend the extended warranty and purchasing from Northern RV (formerly Palladino RV). Mike :)

Went in to order an equipment trailer as they are a dealer for N&N trailers. I was told I would hear from them in a few days. After four days I called to give a reminder. A week later, I ordered the trailer from Action Trailers in Southern Ontario. They were much more interested in my business. I prefer to shop local, but It's been three weeks now and they've never contacted me.

Excellent customer service from Norm and Marc, very easy no pressure sale. We drove 3 hrs north in a snow storm and arrived to find Norm had brought the trailer inside for viewing, that right there showed great customer appreciation. Northern RV is definitely our dealership of choice. We can't wait to take delivery of our new 5th wheel in May.

They were very excellent to deal with, and know their stuff. Got me set up with a great trailer, and sorted out some problems with the set up I had on my tow vehicle very quickly. Top notch customer service, and very reasonable prices. Worth the drive from Southern Ontario.

We purchased a new RV 6 years ago and the sales rep was great! We paid extra for an extended warranty and asked if they service on the island and we were told that they do. We started having problems with different things on the RV after only about a month. We called for a service call many times and were asked to send pictures and model numbers for the things that needed servicing, and we did so, more then once . After three or so years, a repair person came to do a service call but did not have the tools needed and had to borrow tools from us. We called again for more major repairs and got the run around...they told us that they could not find us in their system. Last year someone came out again but was not able to make all the repairs. After receiving a bad review on google from my husband a few months ago, we received a message from them saying that they will NOT do any of our repairs and to look for another dealership to do our repairs. We are one of 4 people we know that are having problems with warranty repairs. NOT a dealership I would recommend to anyone!!!

Went in there today after buying a trailer off them a year ago ask for some info and some help about my water pump. I basically got told we have to charge you 70$ to test your pump. Customer service is terrible.

Poor service, we will never return, we will not even recommend, their only saving grace was Pat. Other than that we had a terrible buying experience, my husband and I were ready to leave our RV there and drive away without it if it wasn't for Pat. We got a dud battery, shower surround falling apart trims falling off before we even had a chance to use it. They forgot our plates, and we drove 5 hours to pick it up. They knew for a week we were coming. The salesperson said hello your early and left, never met the person for financing. Terrible experience overall. Would recommend go elsewhere!!

Was not able to find the trailer we needed but the salesperson was great and the service department was great. Definitely will return.
