Training was professional and to the point. Kalli was a great instructor, she definitely made the two days in my standard first aid/CPR course more interesting! Very happy with my experience.

Excellent! Very comprehensive course. Our instructor, Dawoud, was an extremely knowledgeable teacher. There was not a single question that he didn’t answer to complete satisfaction. His insightful teaching style made the material easy to learn and made success in the course attainable for everyone. He had a gentleness and ease about him that made the classroom a very welcome place to learn. I feel confident that in an emergency I would be able to step in and safely render assistance should a situation arise. These practical skills will be very helpful in both urgent and non-urgent crises. Additionally, Dawoud emphasized that in an emergency situation, bystanders are often hesitant to become involved which can cost lives. He reminded us that it’s always better to help and if you’re unsure, the emergency dispatchers can guide and reassure you. I thoroughly enjoyed this comprehensive and hands-on learning experience. Highly recommend!

Very good course. Heba is very professional and very thorough. She is a very good instructor and you can tell she has a lot of experience.

Kalli is a very passionate instructor. She knows the way to keep a class interacted. She’s funny but she makes sure to get all the material in and also in a timely manner. Thank you for making and all day class feel like a few hours.

Had a great two day First Aid course with Dawoud as the instructor! Appreciated having such a knowledgeable and understanding instructor as him! He truly helped make the concepts stick in mind and kept the lessons engaging.

The instructor was Awesome teacher! she has sense of humors and class was full with students, It was my first CPR class, I really enjoyed the class!, and learned how to handle CPR! Thank you! 1 thing was concern about was the location was hard for me to find at first,, I recommend to call and ask for where it located :)
