As a first time home buyer, I was very overwhelmed with the overall process. There was a lot I didn't understand, there were many surprise costs, and there were complicated circumstances that arose. I am so thankful that I followed my friend's recommendation to hire Zahra and her team for my home purchase conveyance. We had a short deadline to close our deal and Zahra's team made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way to let me know that we were on track. At the time of signing, she explained (in clear detail) what I was signing and I walked out feeling oddly relaxed for the first time in this home buying process. I've been sitting with some legal questions for the past 4 months not knowing there are experts who are out there to put an end to my wondering. So grateful for their great costumer service and solution thinking skills!!

As some one who has had experience with lawyers and chose Zahra Jenab as my last lawyer believing that it is going to serve according to my best interest I should say that it was a waste of time and money and I regret it. To be fair I should say the staff are really nice people. I am just talking about business experience. You are going to be charged and the charges will not make sense. Even if you speak up they will not make any changes. First of all be very mindful of the phone conversations keep it as short as you can and don't let them drag the conversation. If you have a divorce case and you do not have children I wouldn't suggest retaining a lawyer specially with this firm. I paid $3500 from the start to just to come to an agreement with the other party which the above mentioned lawyer absolutely did nothing to make it easier or more to my benefit. First of all on the JCC she did 2 things that didn't serve my benefit at all but it helped the other party to buy time. After the JCC I received the other parties documents but she said it is going to cost me a lot if she reviewed them! so I had to basically do everything on my own but be charged for her very basic review to see if any document was missing. I waited for about 6 weeks for a draft email that I had already provided the info for. I had to call many times to follow up and push them to follow up with the opposing counsel. They won't do anything unless you push. All I heard was it is going to cost me more if they lift their finger.Do not expect anything to be done in your favor. Whole the JCC to settlement could have been done with much lower costs only if I knew the resources earlier considering that they only prepare documents and forms and nothing really changes with retaining a lawyer.
