Every time I've come to this location, I've been impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff are. Even during the busy holiday rush, they've been pleasant and willing to help me find what I'm looking for.

Will probably not shop here again. Will consider recycled or pre loved toys in the future. Toys R Us has a very strict return policy. We sliced open the seal to one boxed toy and took out a couple pieces from its plastic holds and we were told the toy couldn’t be returned because it was opened and they couldn’t resell it, even a gift card was not given as an option. This was the following day from purchase. The prices of toys are really high here so you better be sure you like and know what your getting (just from seeing the box itself and not what’s inside or removing what’s inside from the packaging) because if you take the toy out and change your mind…well it’s on you then.

Terrible customer service. I tried to return for credit 2 extra lego sets I didn't need for Christmas and not any one of the staff were even decent. I got a straight out no because I couldn't find my receipt. I explained I knew when exactly I bought it and for how much. Even the manager gave me a hard no and walk away very disrespectfully. I asked if there was a way we could look it up or track it with my rewards card. And again they said no it's my problem. I found them very rude and the worst customer experience I have had in a long time. I have 4 kids and have spend thousands of dollars supporting this store and they couldn't bother working with me on this. I even said I would stop shopping there and give them a bad review and they said go ahead. So my recommendation is to shop anywhere else where they might actually care about their customers.

I like the store. It's big and has many options for different age groups. Also there are all these fun musics from childhood cartoons that are played in the store. Staff are nice.

Well all i can say is wow!Staff 10/10Always willing to check on instock items for you.Friendly, happy staff.Hellos and waves everytime you come into the store.If you havent shopped at this location yet, i highly recommend it, lots of stock and again, the staff will help you willingly.Big shout out to the Lethbridge staff who are always helping me find my toy collection, you know who you are ^_^

I came into the store today and it was certainly busy! The Black Friday deals are amazing and I got plenty of gifts for my grandkids! All staff I came into contact with were very helpful and pleasant, plus I praise the organisation of your cashiers this morning, as the line moved quickly.

Crib and dresser/changing table combo came in about 4-6 weeks late, despite paying nearly $200 in shipping fees to hasten the order (estimated delivery time was 2 weeks, not 8 weeks). Sent me the wrong crib model and color. Dresser didn't come with all of the required screws. Baby is due in 12 days.The staff here is nice and try to help the best that they can, but all of these mistakes with my order is stressing me to the nines that baby won't have anything ready for him by the time he's here.Probably going to have to temporarily settle with a pack n' play and I'm not happy with that based on how much I spent for actual baby furniture that should've been useable upon receiving it!!

An excellent toy and baby store with a huge selection for all ages. The book selection is extensive as well! Always friendly staff and excellent customer service.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen manager walked around line ups 2 cashiers brutal I would give a zero review but they don't allow it.Now adays these companies need to start worrying about customer service

I returned unopened Lego that I purchased the day before. The English woman working accused me of swapping boxes and returning damaged boxes. Very cold and rude response. Extremely embarrassing to be accused of they with others in the lineup. I won’t be going back.

Lots of items here that I have never seen at other stores, Liberty from the paw patrol specifically as well as other things, they have a huge lego selection. The items are priced on par with other stores, some cheaper. I would recommend shopping here. Did you know they sell bikes ?Babies r us is also located in the back of the store.
