Although I did not receive service from them, I appreciate the time and energy they put into assessing the condition of my shoes. Brought in a pair of specialty shoes, and the young woman who greeted me was very professional and kind. She offered to take time looking them over and seeing if there was anything she could do but was honest in saying she didn't want to do anything to risk it. I appreciated her time and honesty. If I have more shoes to repair, I'll give them another shot. They're also very conveniently located in the skyway, so another bonus! Thank you!

I used to love this place. I work downtown and could pop in with a missing heel tip and the older guy there would get a new one in and I'd be on my way back to work in 5 minutes. Now you have to drop them off for at least 3 days when your heel comes apart while you are wearing them. But also, in the last 6 months, I've had heel tips replaced on two different pairs that almost immediately fell out AND two pairs of heels I've taken in for heel tip replacement have come out really damaged. I can only assume it's from the machine/tool they use to insert the heel. Really upset and angry that my items are not being handled with care. I spend good money on my shoes and unfortunately, will have to start taking them elsewhere.

Good deal, well worth it, it is conveniently located for me. Here are two pairs of my shoes.. I had no hope for them before.. now I can probably wear it at least another year..

Great experience with this place! I never realized shoes could could be fixed. I was able to get some really nice shoes (Allen Edmonds, Bruno Magli) off ebay with busted heels/soles, brought them here and they look like new! Thank you!

Every shoe that I have brought to them have looked perfect after they were done. Thank you for such great service.

I needed two pair of boot heels replacements. The owner did a great job, with the exception of the hot glue residue on my black suede boots, that cannot come off.I also brought a shoulder bag to have the zipper fixed, he did not fix it, but I was charged and paid for all the services requested. He should be held accountable, but I do not trust that he will not fix it again and charge me, frustrating.He seems to be a nice guy and I understand the struggle small businesses are going through, but it helps to give the customer what they paid for. Just my opinion.

They can stretch shoes any which way needed and replace zippers, repair all kinds of leather stuff. I wish I could remember wether they are closed Mondays or Fridays but their website doesn't give the hours they are open. I know they are closed weekends.

Tom has been repairing my shoes since 1990. At that time he nicely fixed a bad re-sole job done elsewhere. He has repaired damage I once got from brushing my Prada boot against a big rock, and I could not even tell it ever happened. Communication is key, so tell him what you want, and that you appreciate his best efforts. I am picky and he knows it, so it's always excellent work. For example, I request no nails for new heels, so he uses no nails and they still hold great. In response to the unhappy review below, if there was an oversight or misunderstanding, go talk to him at the time it happens. He is a reasonable person who wants his customers to be happy.
