These people are the absolute worst, first I walk in the store and nobody acknowledged my presence, all I wanted to do was to print a paper and they changed me $1.50 for a black and white document. He had the balls to tell me that it was a color copy because an email address on the document came out in blue -“even if it is a dot that is in color on the paper is a color copy” he said. Save yourself a bad experience and never go to this place.

I’ve been to Sam Micro a few times for different reasons. I recently went in because my power supply for my sleep apnea machine stopped working. Sam and Mike are very knowledgeable in this field . Mike did a great job at repairing my power supply and was ready the next day. I probably would have waited weeks before getting a new one with the shortage of stock in today’s world. Professional quick service and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again for a job well done Mike and Sam !Luciano

Don't ever go there.The guy is a thief, he will charge for diagnostic and never check your computer or tell you he fixed problems that were never there and charge you for them....Stay away if you care about your money and your computer

The assistant(the big guy) does not understand English and can be rude atimes but the owner is nice and ready to assist whenever he is around
