Sunrise Condos

DO NOT RENT OR BUY. All 3 buildings are INFESTED with cockroaches, ants and bed bugs!!!!! Neighborhood is full of sketchy people and management are just incompetent. There are several days a month with no hot water. Heating is terrible if you have a corner unit. The hallways are just disgusting. Save yourself the heartache and rent literally anywhere else! I wish I had taken the other reviews more seriously.

The new woman working in the office is superbly unhelpful and rude. Getting information from her is difficult. It's like she intentionally withholds information intentionally and will not tell me anything unless I specifically ask for it.She cuts me off mid sentence, and just repeats herself without listening to what you're even saying. Doesn't even say by over the phone either, just hangs right up.I sent an email months ago about my condo balcony crumbling where the rail is attached. Then I followed up in person and resent it and still nothing. This is a safety hazard and I want it addressed. I'm more than happy to change this review if it can be dealt with.

Haven't had any bad experience with the condos. There is a problem with poor tenants as the units are very inexpensive. The area is slowly gentrifying however, and is on an upward swing. There are people here trying their best to fix the problems, but they can only do so much when tenants don't care about anything, and treat the place like garbage. It's hard to fix everything when everyone is actively trying to wreck it.

I moved into 573 as a student because it was cheap and looked fairly decent at first. Management was super rude throughout my entire residency. Elevators always broken, building is stinky, dirty, and unmaintained. Laundry was expensive and barely worked. Walls super thin and carpets in hallways are disgusting. Building has huge pest problem-roaches, bedbugs, ants, etc. Stay far away from these apartments.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! The condo Corp is horrible and won't answer any communication sent to them regardless of how urgent, the place is crawling with bugs and the shared washers and dryers are absolutely disgusting. This place is a hole. AVOID!

Well where to begin this will be very easy I've lived here at sunrise condos for 3 years first year was okay second and third year wish I would have moved sooner 583 Mornington apartments don't rent I'm not giving star they do not deserve one the place are full of cockroaches and they don't seem to care. I have to much to say about this place so all I will say is run as fast as you can do not rent or even buy from these people unless you want to loose almost everything you own or like living with a cockroach infestation

I have lived here for 5 years. The office lady's are super nice people and the rent is cheap. But the never ending cockroaches are making this apartment a nightmare to live in. No matter how clean we keep it the bugs continue.. the exterminator has come a few times but just puts down poison it never works. Also I have had my laundry stolen. Someone in my building is constantly doing his woodworking job in the apartment and someone has attempted to break into my mailbox multiple times to the point where I wasnt even able to open it as the lock became warped. I also have experienced bedbugs.... it was a horrible experience this was when the windows got changed and they removed the window and left the wall open for over 12 hours before installing a new window. I have experienced an open hole in the hall across from my apartment for over a year and currently there is a hole in the ceiling with hanging cords and a constant drip, instead of fixing the issue they just have a bucket to collect the falling water. Also there is a big problem with package theft in this building.

Cockroaches galore, mice infestation, no property manager on site,every month days at a time no hot water, rude and disrespectful staff. I've also experienced bed bugs. Beware

It's times like these when you wish you could hit a negative star button. After 2 years and promises after promises nothing has been done. There has been a hole in my shower covered with garbage bag and duct tape for over 18 months, not to mention the 'new' improved windows that are sideways , gaps all the way around them and filled with spray foam. Or the holes in the hallways, the destroyed laundry room, the bait and switch. The only things living here that like it are the cockroaches who have spread from the first floor to the top floor. But don't worry they're going to 'fix it'. Run don't walk from here. $800 a month rent is a joke . But if you like cockroaches, bedbugs, holes in your apartment, repairs never being done, hot water issues, elevator issues, front door issues, maintenance issues and repairs started but never finished come move in and enjoy these hah 'sunrise condos' . What a joke of a building, joke of a company and nothing but lies. Used car salesmen and politicians have more trustworthyness than these people. Tell your friends and family and even strangers to stay the hell away from these dumps.
