Great store with friendly, helpful staff. Great deals on also, much cheaper than any of the stores around the city.

2 helpful staff (girl and boy) assisted me and my daughter looking for shoes. Bought 2 pairs. When we came in there was no line yet however when we left, the line outside was already long. Had to go back inside the store to look for my bucket hat which I dropped or left somewhere while shopping. Approached the lady who assisted me and asked if she saw a black bucket hat, and there it was. Thanked her for her great service! Too bad I didn’t get her name.

Visited store to return one pair shoes but unfortunately I missed the original receipt for the shoes. The manager named Neeraj was treating us like we did crime for loosing the receipt. If you don’t want to return the item then keep the guts to say NO Returns. Don’t just behave weird with the customer if they are there for return.Need to train the staff that how they should deal with customer.

Love it love the brand and location. It can be busy on weekends but weekdays another story. There are a lot of good deals and promotions. Why shop retail when you can get it cheaper ? Also staff are friendly and helpful the day I visited .

The in-person service at the store was pretty meh, yet with patience, online customer service managed to deliver a fair resolution, which I’m grateful for.Thank you Adidas online customer service.Complicated, I bought a product. Then the quality control happens and affects your ankle (yes!! My anckle hurts just with a couple of times using the shoes!! Ridiculous!!. You go to the store to make the claim. And the Asst Store manager “Sal”, easy, we don’t deal with that. You need to “call” guess what the minutes passes, the app does not load on the customer services link. So nightmare starts…After waiting for more than 45 min on the line, the representative, tells me that only way to proceed with a refund is due to quality deffect on the product, not for comfort. Interesting that you acquire a pair of sneaker, precisely for the comfy feaure, yet they harm you and Adidas does not care.I just wasted $134 (taxes included)
