These guys are great, John and everyone are so easy to talk to and and they give you great rates. Ive been using their service for a few years now and no complaints.

These people are scammers!! they’ll never call you to discuss future payment changes. They just send you it in the mail. I got a new car which means new policy, they did the difference what is owing on my old car policy, so they increased it from 270 to 680 a month. My broker said unfortunately he can’t change it, and to me he doesn’t show that he did or try to do his best to help me out during these difficult times that I’m sure everyone is going through cause of COVID-19.

Worst brokers I have ever dealt with. got insurance for my wife who was not a Canadian citizen. They gave us the same quote as everyone else. but within 1 year our premiums were raised 4 separate times. To well over $400 a month.Contacted out broker numerous times asking about discounts through chamber of commerce, through work, because we installed an alarm, because we installed a dash camera, etc. We were informed ever time we would not get any type of discount for those.Finally after the 4th increase we started shopping around again and found Youngs Insurance who were able to get us discounts for everything we mentioned to our broker in the last year and now we pay less then half of our last increase and to top it off it's still the same Intact insurance that he said wouldn't give us discounts.This is just a case of the broker being lazy and refusing to help his client. We hope no one has as horrible experience as us.

This company is the easiest insurance company that I’ve ever had to deal with. They found me great rates and my broker John is phenomenal to deal with. Highly recommend

I wish I could rate in negatives. If you are looking for a brokerage with agents who are never available, don't provide you with all information and then are rude to you when they haven't don't their job, you've found them! The agent I had is never in her office and if you ask another for help they'll basically tell you to wait and see if your agent is in the following day. Unreliable, expensive, horrible service! Happy to have found a great insurance company, happier to have left here!!

Good customer service. Great rates. Secretary's are a great help and they answer all your questions. They don't rush you out. I'm happy I switched to them. I had them for half a year already and no complaints.

GREAT SERVICE AND SAVINGSI have been with a large insurance broker for 20 plus years. I mistakenly assumed that loyalty to the company would get me discounts and favoured treatment. I was wrong. After talking to friends at Ed's Pipeworks they recommended their insurer, Sottile Olsen Insurance Brokers Inc. The service and the savings were fantastic. Even when I bought a new car and changed policies and coverage, Sottile Olsen were informative, knowledgable and professional. I will recommend them to friends, family and co-workers!

I signed up for a policy shortly before going on vacation. When I got home I found out that my policy had gone up 80 dollars MONTHLY!! Zero communication and no information from the broker I dealt with, would not reccommend dealing with these people. CROOKS
