I used to go there because I loved how Q did my pedicure, she takes her time and do a thorough job. I will not go anymore because of the owner she is very rude and treat both the customers and workers bad. I was very thirsty one hot summer day so I asked q for a bottle of water which she was going to give to me and the owner stopped her mind you I spend over a hundred everytime I go their. I went next door to the store to grab a bottle of water and the owner started yelling in her language. I am spending MY money for a service you are not doing me a favor . I do not recommend this place

Don’t go here if you actually want your nails to turn out good I do not recommend

My nails came out looking good but it was my first time there so the lady was telling me to do pink but I don't like pink and I told her you don't know me please dont push me to do a color I don't like and one of the other customer that was there started to talk bad about me and I flipped. People really should watch how they talk because this nail shop can really lose costumers because of that one person.

It was good, but I think they need to take more time with clients

If I could, I would give it 0 stars! I came here to get my acrylic nails removed. I usually take them off myself but it takes time and effort. I thought I'd get it off professionally with minimal damage to my nails underneath. Should have done it myself. The girl who was taking them off RIPPED the middle part of MY NAIL OFF. Literally. Hurt very bad, still does. Now, I know we all make mistakes. It happens. But she offered to cover it up with nail polish -.-. I had to explain that, that is not a good idea since it needs to breath and heal. And!!!!! they made me pay full price. !!!! Honestly, I was expecting them to say that I didn't have to pay or even give a discount but nope. Paid in full. I didn't want to argue so I didn't say anything and just left. NEVER going back, Find a better place.

I really got hurt when the lady was doing my nails and she even made me bleed on 2 fingers that was really bad. I also showed her a picture of how I want my nails to be like and she did something way different I was really unhappy with that. She also didn’t shape them all the same. I’ll never go back there!!

If I could give you 0, I would. They charge different prices for ppl based on appearance. If you look like you have money, THEY WILL OVER PRICE!!!!!!! Happend to me 3 times on different occasions. No more chances. Juan IS THE BIGGEST THIEF IN THIS NAIL SALON!!! IF YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED GO HERE!!!!!

I had booked an appointment for a pedicure. When I got there I was told there would be a 20 minute wait, which was no problem for me. 20 minutes had gone by, and I was still waiting. 2 customers with no appointment had walked into the store asking if they can get a pedicure, or if they should come back tomorrow (as they were closing soon). They said it was fine, they can service them.A few more minutes had gone by, and they let one of those customers sit in the chair before me, KNOWING I was still waiting for my booked" appointment for an hour. I am very disappointed in this nail salon and was treated very poorly. I’ve been going here for years and due to this I won’t return here ever again."
