Twice now needed the smallest screws lol to repair a bed and a longer size to repair my kitchen chairs. Well not only did I get the merchandise needed but the how to...from the loveliest lady working in that department. I will definitely ask her name next time. She is super knowledgeable and so polite.

It's a good sized RONA. The only reason for deducted stars is for improved customer service. If I can find the items in-store by myself, then it is a smooth experience. However, if I require assistance in locating an item or have a question about an item, it is very challenging to find a store clerk to help

Great place to go. Employees are very helpful when you can find one that is free. Sometimes there are very long lines at the cash register. Overall, love this place, it just needs more employees.

I kind of come often here, not only because it's close to home, they have good prices, their personnel is readily available to answer questions and they do not seem annoyed / frustrated / too busy to help out. It's the contrary, they're polite, service oriented and they try to help out with any questions you could have, and that for me is absolutely the most important thing I expect from a renovation center. Cheers and keep up the good services.

0 customer service no one ever helps no one ever offers help I go here cause I live nearby but worst place ever go somewhere else even if it few min away you'll save time I wander around 20 min looking for help no one in this place gives any attention to the customer

The customer care there is lacking a big place but when you need help you're pretty much on your own or you get rude attitude from the personel honestly yesterday was my first and last time going there. You get better service at at Rona Vimont and Home Depot.
