My first visit to this location in Whitby.Store in well stocked with plenty of household items.Each department has lots of inventory.Well organized and friendly services are available.Great location off 401 East.

I've been waiting on my order that was placed at this location from Oct 26th and all customer service can say to me is to hang tight. I purchased these pillows due to the fact that the rep and emails said, the latest date for me to receive my order was Nov 7th. It's now Dec 1st and nothing!!! I'll never order here againAlso, the older woman that worked cash that day is not a pleasant woman at all, she was loud and very condescending. I do however appreciate the lady that helped assist me with getting what I was looking for.

Friendly staff will guide you if you get lost in this place and if you find any items which are currently out of stock, they will order online for you. Amazing selection of products to decorate your home.

Great selection of products. Going through the checkout was extremely slow and the store wasn't even crowded. This may be due to staffing issues since there was only one cashier on duty and one other staff member at the customer service desk.

No wonder they went bankrupt. I had a gift card of $50 and saw somewhere that the store was closing. I went to pick something before it closes and I lose my card Money. First of all, even on liquidation everything was either double or triple priced. Then, at the checkout, the manager said the gift cards were only valid till 9th of March... ummm, hello?? A notification of that would have been great, no? The company never promoted the last date properly, to gulp the money of the clients who will realize later that they have the gift card to use. The Manager kept going on and on about how they are out of the jobs and not even getting severance pay. I understand, honestly I am sympathetic but that doesn't solve my problem of gift card. Then she suggested, go to the States to use it. Well, I can't ; I don't have the visa. Now it is a waste for me.Horrible company values and policies!!!!

I had to return an item and exchange it for another. A floor employee said the store was out but she could order on-line for me with free delivery. Great! I went to checkout to do return process and asked the cashier to order on-line like the floor employee suggested. She said no" she couldn't but I could go home and do it. I said "she" (pointing to floor employee) said she would. The cashier rolled her eyes at me as if this request was such a bother. There was no one behind me in line. I found this little interaction annoying. I went home and bought the item on-line from elsewhere."
